Having been in on Tom Carper’s “Telephone town hall”, it is nothing more than a well-organized speech making and softball session. Half of the “Telephone town hall” was Carper’s speaking. Five “questions” were asked, all supporting his position. The “questions” were really talking points with a question mark (Don’t you agree that Bush was evil?”).
