This outrage is a stain on this nation. It MUST not stand!

Please get involved.

The arraignment is MONDAY. I will be at the rally in Norfolk, VA. If you can make it, PLEASE come. If not, then please take action to stop this madness.

Suggested actions:

(1) Contact persons of influence. List HERE

(2) Donate to help run ad which is running to try and reach a wider audience (outside of Fox, the media is censoring this story)

(3) If possible, attend the rally in Norfolk, VA on Monday

(4) If the charges are not dropped Monday, then donate to the SEALs legal defense fund (I will find and post latest info after my next call with the SEALs attorneys_

And what is the likelyhood that the this particular terrorist was doing what “the manual” told him to do and caused his own bloody lip? “The Manual” clearly tells them to immediately cry torture. And of course, the court system will take a known terrorist’s word over that of our elite military members.

This is outrageous, the whole thing should be dropped
right now. Where is our illustrated president on this?

I say that be cause he is a cartoon president.

I have to believe these charges will be dropped and this will never get to trial.

This has the possibility of very dangerous ramifications. First, recruitment will drop. Secondly, fewer people will try to get into elite units. Thirdly ... and MOST dangerous, our military members will hesitate before taking action, which will get them and others in their units killed.

The Commander exercising General Courts Martial Jurisdiction has the authority to drop these charges.

I doubt we will ever see the Seals convicted. Court Martials can be held for two reasons. To convict or to get a verdict so others can’t take them to civilian court. I think they will be found innocent and then it’s a done deal.

According to some of my testosterone driven friends “If he were dead, it wouldn’t be an issue”. Just because these marines did the right thing, they are being punished for it.

The term arraignment puzzles me. Isn’t an Article 32 hearing the next step?

I have to believe these charges will be dropped and this will never get to trial.

I have to believe that if the U.S. Army had a Muslim radical who communicated with foreign terrorist supporters and endorsed jihad, that he would be suspended and investigated, and not promoted to Colonel.

In other words, we are dealing with a cabal in power which does not see this nation and its military men as do you and I. Ft. Hood. Khlaid Shiek Muhammed. And now the SEALS. I must assume the worst, and ACT to insure as many Americans as possible know about this outrage, and demand the gov't stop it.

The Commander exercising General Courts Martial Jurisdiction has the authority to drop these charges.

The "Commander" himself is the one needing the Court Martial.

I think that this administration is very close to “aid and comfort to the enemy”

“Title 18, Part I, Chapter 115, § 2381. Treason

Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against
them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within
the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer
death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under
this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of
holding any office under the United States.”

The SEALs chose Courts Martial rather than a mast, did they not?

Let’s hope there are some people with sense in this whole mess. I had thought that the “presiding officers” have the prerogative to stop this from going forward... and just dismiss this once and for all. Isn’t there anyone in the system with True Grit, anymore, or is everyone trying to cover their own A$s?... What ever happen to people like Patton? He would not have given this a seconds’ thought, except maybe to commend the seals with a Letter of Recommendation or a Medal!

That’s correct, but if my somewhat unreliable military justice memory serves me, I believe they still are required to convene an Article 32 hearing to determine weather or not to go forward with a Courts Martial.
