Officials gather in Copenhagen this week for an international climate summit, but business leaders are focusing even more on Washington, where the Obama administration is expected as early as Monday to formally declare carbon dioxide a dangerous pollutant.
An "endangerment" finding by the Environmental Protection Agency could pave the way for the government to require businesses that emit carbon dioxide and five other greenhouse gases to make costly changes in machinery to reduce emissions -- even if Congress doesn't pass pending climate-change legislation. EPA action to regulate emissions could affect the U.S. economy more directly, and more quickly, than any global deal inked in the Danish capital, where no binding agreement is expected.
Many business groups are opposed to EPA efforts to curb a gas as ubiquitous as carbon dioxide.

The EPA has turned into just another neighborhood gang member who wants his ‘cut’ of your profit.
Tired of waiting for Congress to screw us Obama has deferred to the EPA.
One way or the other, the Kenyan is determined to destroy our Country.
Well, this is “forked up” - that’s for sure.
We already have a jobless recovery. What the hell do we need business for? This is sure to be a business killer.

They want to destroy the economy, so they can put as many people on welfare as possible. They want to create a nation where the vast majority of people are dependant on Democrat backed government handouts to keep them in power forever.
The only thing that makes sense here is that our Elites have agreed to accelerate the transfer of our industries overseas. In exchange for.....agreement by the Chinese to fund an increasing share of our deficit over the next decade or so. The Dems plan is to get the American people totally dependent and totally consolidate power. Once they have ALL the levers of power, they figure they can deal with the inevitable financial collapse.
Ship all manufacturing out of America and a few can get incredibly wealthy off carbon trading.
I’d rather see it this way than the dam Nopenhagen deal. We can reverse this in fairly short order.

Are the taxes on cow and pig farts still in the regs? Let the EPA try to enforce this stuff and Congress will get an earful.
