It’s a bold move
considering where Patrick sits now – the unquestioned face of a sport who commands the attention of sponsors ranging from a domain name registration website to a private jet service provider. Where she is now, she’s making millions, placed atop a high pedestal with no one in sight to knock her off.
That is what makes this move so gutsy.

She’s going to find out that throwing her hissy fits in the NASCAR pits won’t fly.
Patrick does this, Patrick does that , It’s all we will hear at NASCAR next year.
Still I believe she can probably beat Jr.s record this year.
We will just get tired of the hype.
There’s more money to be made in NASCAR.
The vast majority of money made by NASCAR racing teams doesn’t come from winning races, it comes from sponsorships. There is no risk here for her. As the only female NASCAR racer she’ll pull in tons of sponsor money. Win or lose.
You scream around a 2.5 mile oval at 250+MPH in a fragile, open wheeled race car, where one mistake can end you life. Well, guts is one thing you should have in good supply.

She will make a lot of cash marketing to the NECKCAR folks.

The money is already in the bank.
I was definititly not one of her fans. But this is ‘a gutsy move’, and her stature has went up in my view.
Dude, the act itself was reward enough.
But if you insist; here's a penny 0. I think it's worth about .025% of a dollar.

I don’t see why not. Many of the male drivers throw hissy fits in NASCAR pits already.
Gutsy would be driving for USF1.....
I say just let her drive.. she bomb she bombs.. she runs top 20, look out early on.. she’ll be spreading herself around a lot with all the driving. More power to her if she can pull it off.
What’s a “NASCAR”? Is that the fake racing? Sorta like big time wrestling?
