One only has to go back and look at your past posting to see who the ignorant jackass is.

If true then one has to only look at your posts to see who the bigger jackass is.

How many FReepers have you berated and called names.

Poor baby, have I hurt your little feelings? Well go and knock back a couple of your namesakes and I'm sure you'll feel all better.

You,... are an ahole. End of story. The type of sissy I would love to meet face to face.

You will no doubt feel different once you sober up.

No, you can't obtain a "certificate of live birth" anymore.

This is absolute LIE! ALL states have originals on file. Hawaii is no different. It iswhy it is called a VITAL record. We are suppose to believe Hawaii records that have told several different stories to protect Obama?!

You must drink a lot because that’s all you talk about. Try AA. It might do you some good Mr. King of copy and paste. I might just start posting links of your copy and pastes. Would you like that?
Hurt my feelings? A pussy like you? Not hardly. But you are fun to laugh at and it’s fun to see others push your buttons and see you react.

So I guess no one in Hawaii can get a passport, huh? The OAF has spoken. He went to a DMV office once, so he's an expert.

I got my original passport off a short form. One of the partners at work just got his off same. The State Department website says this: “Please note, some short (abstract) versions of birth certificates may not be acceptable for passport purposes.” The link James provided clarifies succinctly what Hawaii does.

For what it's worth, all my grandchildren have gotten Social Security numbers and entered school on short forms as well.

You must drink a lot because that’s all you talk about.

And yet you chose to name yourself after a rum drink. And post comments that make it appear that those drinks are your primary source of nourishment.

It might do you some good Mr. King of copy and paste. I might just start posting links of your copy and pastes. Would you like that?

Knock yourself out. Your posts with what pass for your original thoughts will make for humorous comparisons.

Hurt my feelings? A pussy like you? Not hardly.

And yet you constantly whine about me to others. Without, I might add, the courtesy of pinging me when you do.

But you are fun to laugh at and it’s fun to see others push your buttons and see you react.

With all the bellyaching you do about me to others it doesn't look like you're having all that much fun.

I am old and have seen a lot. One piece of advice. Invariably, those most prone to using words like “pussy” at the drop of the hat and carrying on about how other people might be gay are those least secure in their own masculinity.

OK, I got the name wrong.

In retrospect I should have looked it up to be certain.

But is the underlying argument wrong because of it?

My erring on the name of the law firm doesn’t change the facts of the argument unless you wish to resort to logical fallacies.

When you have the tenacity and knowledge to even remotely put together what Beckwith has, then you can cast stones. Until that you should STFU and realize that he is far more intelligent than you.

Hardly.
There is a very old saying in the South about people who are as dumb as a fence post or a rock. It does as much good to argue with a post as it is does with some people. The results are the same.
And I imagine that the Southern population is equally divided between the two types.

I honestly don’t think you need any more of anything, given the bizarre nature of your posts. But by all means quote the clause of the Constitution or the law that defines natural-born citizenship in the manner you think it means.

You lacked even a passing familiarity, to the point of not knowning the name of the firm, of which you were claiming to have an org chart level of understanding. It completely undermined your contentions.

I personally didn’t think much of Taitz herself, or her ill advised attempts to smear the judge, including accusations regarding this law clerk. But, Perkins Coie does represent Obama, and was the clerk’s previous employer. That did create the appearance of impropriety. Questions about the judiciousness of the hire were fair game as a result, whether I agreed with the motivation behind those questions, or not.

You cannot get a passport or drivers license with the short form BC

Funny I got both with mine (post 9/11) and received my SS benefits.

>"Care to explain how a minor child renounces his US citizenship?"

That would fall in the realm of adult actions.

IE his parents are Indonesian Citizens, so is HE. Minors are not given the same rights as adults. They follow their parents, and beerawkie's baby daddy wuz a British citizen. His adopted daddy is an Indonesian citizen. Do you notice the pattern of NON US CITIZENS here?

Care to explain how he never renounced his Indonesian citizenship?

Care to explain why his college records are kept under armed guard?

Care to explain why his BC is kept under armed guard?

Care to explain why his passport records were scrubbed, then the guy that scrubbed them was himself scrubbed?

That is wrong. If Obama obtained US citizenship by birth, the fact of his mother marrying an Indonesian citizen and moving there does not affect his U.S. citizenship. It's a basic point of law that has been made many times with many citations.

That law firm has over a dozen offices across the US and many hundred lawyers.

The fellow in question is Siddharth Velamoor.

He worked for Perkins Coie out of their Seattle office.

His specialty is apparently product liability.

http://www.martindale.com/Siddharth-Velamoor/33735949-lawyer.htm

Judge Carter ruled exactly as predicted by virtually every individual with legal experience who weighed in on this issue.

The appearance of impropriety? The appearance, perhaps. But only an appearance and a weak one at that. Even a cursory examination of the facts clears the matter up.

The claim that hiring a clerk from among the many hundreds, if not thousands, of associates who work for a nationwide legal firm that also handles legal matters for BHO somehow provides evidence of actual impropriety is groundless.

Especially when the individual in question apparently specializes in a field of law that is entirely unrelated to the issued at hand.

Correct.

If he doesn't work in any of the areas for which the company serves Obama, there isn't even the appearance of impropriety. It's just one more red herring spun out of thin air by the birther crowd to avoid facing the fact that this is all nonsense.

Is it too much?

“Agreed. Now Put up the BC or shut up YOUR nonsense.”

Do you guys think at all before you write this stuff? Is everything a slogan? Exactly how am I supposed to put up Obama’s birth certificate?

In 377, James posted a link that explains the birth documents Hawaii issues upon request. They issue documents that looks like what Obama has. If he got it from Hawaii, which is what the campaign said, it is a legitimate, legal document that states his place of birth. The fact that Hawaii doesn't dispute it, and pretty much has affirmed it, means he's already done what you ask. Your response: raw, irrational rage, because you will only accept the answer that reality doesn't have to offer. This silly conspiracy is a fact in your fantasy land, but nowhere else.

“Is it too much?”

Yeah. After listening to you folks for a couple of months, I think it is. I think it's too much for anyone to have to answer to hysterical people in denial. He's satisfied the sane people. We're off opposing his actual policies, which is what sane people do. Birthers create an entire alternate reality in their heads. That's what paranoid conspiracy types who can't accept reality do.
