Watch for the governments response to #27.

I will watch.
But I will expect to see and hear naught but...

You peasants need to pay your taxes.

We desperately need the money. :)

They certainly care. They care that you show them the money.

You've got that right!

I meant care about explaining what they did or didn't do that caused you to owe the money in the first place. After all, they aren't responsible for their mistakes! And, good luck getting them to correct any of their mistakes!

"They have not figured out this racket yet at least for Federal employment."

That's ok. I'm sure the refunded ACORN will teach them all they need to know to game the system the way blacks have been doing for decades now (reparations). Meanwhile, white, middle-class taxpayers go further and further into the hole and towards that 'working poor' category....even while being discriminated against (reverse discrimination) in the workplace when it comes to hiring and laying off (companies are scared to death to lay off blacks...for 'some' reason).

How much longer are we going to put up with this Sh#t? Until we have nothing left, but our very lives, to lose?

You don’t “make” more money, you’re GIVEN more money.

“In addition, if you could tell me Mr. Federal Government Employee, with all these thousands of highly skilled, government employees with their advanced degrees, how is it possible that you people have totally screwed up this government, and our entire economy not to mention our borders and trade policies?”

I think your ire is more correctly focused on elected officials and political appointees, not the career civil service. We provide options for the “politicals” and manage programs, but the folks who take government in one direction or another (and I gather you’re not happy with some of those directions) are led by elected officials. By the way, you might be surprised that the work of the vast majority of civil servants doesn’t change much with the election of one party or another. The business of government is a necessary function, as both parties agree.

In the minds of the anti-government freepers that abound here, there is no difference.

As a career federal employee, I would note (as the article does) that a prime reason so many federal salaries are above 100K is that the federal government hires many more people with advanced degrees and skills than is found in national workforce at large

If you could tell us, Mr. Federal Government Employee, with all these thousands of highly skilled, government employees with their advanced degrees, how is it possible that you people have totally screwed up this government, and our entire economy not to mention our borders and trade policies?

How in the f*** is this possible?

You respond by blaming others in the government??...LOL!!

Blame it on elected officials and political appointees, not the career civil service.

LOL!

So you're just part of the highly skilled, with advanced degrees, government employee dead beat, tax parasites.

What do you smart people do all day?

Too funny!

Then in the next breath below, you support this corrupt bloated, criminal government.

The business of government is a necessary function, as both parties agree.

According to you, the government salaries are so high because the government hires super smart, highly skilled people with advanced degrees yet you say, or have implied all your bosses are all corrupted incompetent frauds.

If this is the case Mr. Federal government employee, what are all you over paid, super smart, highly skilled government employees, with advanced degrees doing all day?

Maybe you can tell me Mr. Marine Inspector...If there are thousands of super smart, highly skilled, government employees with advanced degrees, as Mr. Federal Government employee above suggested, why is the government, our economy, and things like our borders so lawless, chaotic and declining?

I'll ask again, what are all these thousands of non-military/national security, super smart, highly skilled, highly paid, government employees with advanced degrees doing, that it requires such smart people with these advanced degrees?

This is a joke right?

Rome2000 stole my thunder, but the reason DC has a 1:1 Fed employee to contractor ratio is because SOMEONE has to work.

I'm sure you think it is; but I'm pretty sure those guys at NASA don't think it is.

The other pro-big government lobbyist seemed to have left the room Inspector...

Anyone can read back here, even the highly skilled government employees with advanced degrees, are capable of that Inspector.

I cleaned the floor with them, Inspector...I really don't want to buff and wax it with you.

“So what would you suggest needs to be done to reverse this tyranny?”

The same thing we did in 1773 (a real Tea Party) and, if all else fails, what we did in 1776 (a real Rebellion). Just a thought.

Get over yourself junior, you cleaned the floor with nobody!

You made several poor assumptions and then, when confronted, tried to bully your way out of your corner.

And we all know what your folks from California like to buff and wax, so keep you perversions to yourself!

Let me sugar coat this for ya Mr. Marine Inspector. (Inspect for head lice?...Shrimp?)

See if you can answer this simple question based on what your Federal Government employee friend suggested up thread, where you popped in a supported his position.

If there are tens of thousands of super smart, highly skilled, highly paid non-military government employees, with advanced degrees, why is our country, our economy, standard of living and things like our borders, so lawless, chaotic and declining?

How in this possible, slick?
