Spot on. Marxism has been being subtly taught in publik skools for at least 40 years. Along with the well documented, systematic dumbing down of the curriculum, the results of these efforts are indeed showing up in these polls. History, critical thinking, civics, none of it is being taught anymore. Most of the recent "graduates" I encounter don't understand simple math, much less a concept like freedom and liberty.....
There was a thread last night about a bumper sticker that you could slap on under the Obama stickers on cars -
“Gays & Lesbians for Obama”
This leaves the owner with a tough choice - remove the sticker because he doesn’t want to be identified as a homo... oooh, “am I ‘homo-phobic’?” or leave it on to much ridicule and “outing” at work, etc.
Other suggestions were
“NAMBLA members for Obama”
“Cross Dressers for Obama”
“Communists for Obama”

I have relatives and friends who still like Obama. They support the terrorist trial in NYC and hate Glenn Beck. If you want family peace, we don’t talk politics with them anymore.
A true liberal refuses to watch the Fox News Channel, where they might learn something.

I had TWO family members from VA that voted for Obama.
They now refuse to talk about him they are so disppointed.He lost their future votes. They were die-hards.

Exactly right. I know a woman who watches Keith Olbermann so we invited her and her husband to see Glenn Beck at a local theater here in Jan. She said no because she hates Glenn Beck, even though she never saw the show. She believes what Olbermann says about him every night.
Even the Advanced Placement(AP) courses have been dumbed down, with the possible exception of mathematics.
Among voters not affiliated with either major party, just 36% approve.
