Lots of stuff on how to be prepared for changes. Most of it is related to melting permafrost (roadways, construction), flooding of low-level areas (already occurring), etc. It is NOT a panel on how to change climate, it is how do we respond to it.
Of course, as a politician she holds on to the possibility of some manmade influence, but uses it as an opportunity to push Alaska’s natural gas resources. Now that she is a bit more outside the “politician role” - and perhaps knows more about the whole issue like most people have learned, especially with “Climate Gate” - she is pronouncing it as the hoax (manmade GW) that it is.
Wrong. You can put together a committee to deal with the effects, whatever the cause, so that the economy, jobs and freedoms the people need do not get killed.
Sounds to me that is exactly what she did.
