What’s new about this? The Bush Administration was talking about this in the early party of this decade.

Anonymous email - author unknown. Bears repeating on any thread concerning our enemy. sod.

This was written by a Canadian woman, but oh how it also applies to the
U.S., U.K. and Australia

THIS ONE PACKS A FIRM PUNCH

Here is a woman who should run for Prime Minister!

Written by a housewife in New Brunswick , to her local newspaper. This is one ticked off lady.

‘Are we fighting a war on terror or aren’t we? Was it or was it not started by Islamic people who brought it to our shores on September 11, 2001 and have continually threatened to do so since?

Were people from all over the world, not brutally murdered that day, in downtown Manhattan , across the Potomac from the capitol of the USA and in a field in Pennsylvania ?

Did nearly three thousand men, women and children die a horrible, burning or crushing death that day, or didn’t they?

And I’m supposed to care that a few Taliban were claiming to be tortured by a justice system of the nation they come from and are fighting against in a brutal insurgency.

I’ll start caring when Osama bin Laden turns himself in and repents for incinerating all those innocent people on 9/11.

I’ll care about the Koran when the fanatics in the Middle East start caring about the Holy Bible, the mere belief of which is a crime punishable by beheading in Afghanistan ..

I’ll care when these thugs tell the world they are sorry for hacking off Nick Berg ‘s head while Berg screamed through his gurgling slashed throat.

I’ll care when the cowardly so-called ‘insurgents’ in Afghanistan come out and fight like men instead of disrespecting their own religion by hiding in mosques and behind women and children.

I’ll care when the mindless zealots who blows themselves up in search of
nirvana care about the innocent children within range of their suicide bombs.

I’ll care when the Canadian media stops pretending that their freedom of speech on stories is more important than the lives of the soldiers on the ground or their families waiting at home to hear about them when something happens.

In the meantime, when I hear a story about a CANADIAN soldier roughing up an Insurgent terrorist to obtain information, know this:

I don’t care.

When I see a wounded terrorist get shot in the head when he is told not to move because he might be booby-trapped, you can take it to the bank:

I don’t care.

When I hear that a prisoner, who was issued a Koran and a prayer mat, and ‘fed special’ food that is paid for by my tax dollars, is complaining that his holy book is being ‘mishandled,’ you can absolutely believe in your heart of hearts:

I don’t care.

And oh, by the way, I’ve noticed that sometimes it’s spelled ‘Koran’ and other times ‘Quran.’ Well, Jimmy Crack Corn you guessed it,

I don’t care!!

If you agree with this viewpoint, pass this on to all your E-mail friends. Sooner or later, it’ll get to the people responsible for this ridiculous behavior!

If you don’t agree, then by all means hit the delete button. Should you choose the latter, then please don’t complain when more atrocities committed by radical Muslims happen here in our great Country! And may I add:

‘Some people spend an entire lifetime wondering if they made a difference in the world. But, the Soldiers don’t have that problem.’

I have another quote that I would like to add, AND.......I hope you forward all this.

One last thought for the day:

Only five defining forces have ever offered to die for you:

1. Jesus Christ

2. The British Soldier.

3. The Canadian Soldier.

4. The US Soldier, and

5. The Australian Soldier

One died for your soul, the other 4 for your freedom.

YOU MIGHT WANT TO PASS THIS ON, AS MANY SEEM TO FORGET ALL OF THEM.

AMEN!

Human trafficking, particulary for the sex trade, is so abhorrent! I cannot believe that anyone who participates in the industry in anyway is God-fearing...they are the vilest of the vile.

al-Qaeda = jihadist = Islamic extremist.

Until the Muslims start policing their own ranks I will not find anything redeeming about their religion...or their culture.

Nothing new about this at all. Many of the AQ in Iraq were involved in drugs. Also, Hezbollah is perhaps the world leader in terrorism-drugs—human trafficking. AQ has often followed in Hezbollah’s footsteps.

Build the border fence, and once in a while airdrop ammo so no one faction in the drug war can win a conclusive victory.

Also this, about this subject, from Mike Cutler today:

Hi Gang:

Yesterday I wrote a commentary about the issue of corruption within the ranks of employees of CBP (Customs and Border Protection).

While many of our nation’s federal officers whose mission is to secure our nation’s borders is beyond reproach, there are those who have sold their badges and our nation’s security to smugglers operating in Mexico.

Today the news report on the ABC News website focuses on how, through a “sting” investigation, 3 alleged men who are allegedly associated with al-Qaeda have been arrested and extradited to New York City where they will stand trial for conspiring to move large quantities of cocaine into Europe to fund al-Qaeda’s terrorist objectives.

You could call my commentary today, “Connecting the Dots!” (Think back to the days, weeks and months after the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001 and the parade of self-righteous politicians who stood before the cameras demanding to know why no one had connected the dots.)

Time and again I have made the point that terrorists often engage in all sorts of criminal activities in order to generate the funds that are essential for al-Qaeda and other terrorist and criminal organizations to carry out their nefarious objectives.

In this investigation, the cocaine was to have been moved into Spain from North Africa and West Africa. The three men have been identified, for now, as being citizens of Mali, but their claims of being citizens of that country has not been confirmed. I am also of the belief that even the names of these defendants may not be true, either. This also coincides with something else I have been saying every time I have the opportunity, that law violators and terrorists often lie about their true names, nationalities and other related information. This is the reason I have come to refer to Comprehensive Immigration Reform as actually being the “Terrorist Assistance and Facilitation Act.”

The news article also makes it clear that the Colombian cartels tendrils reach all the way into Europe and West Africa. I would remind you that Colombia, as a Latin American nation, moves huge quantities of cocaine across our nation’s border that is supposed to separate the United States from Mexico.

How many times have you heard the open borders advocates accuse anyone who seeks to secure our nation’s borders against the unlawful entry of aliens into our country as being xenophobic, nativists and racists?

The phobia I have pertains to my fear that criminals and terrorists are easily able to enter our country across our non-secure borders.

If the goals of al-Qaeda is to raise money buy transporting cocaine and other drugs, why on earth is it so difficult for our nation’s “leaders” to understand that drug trafficking throughout the world, including the United States, is a veritable ATM for terrorist and criminal organizations? How eager, do you suppose, are members of al-Qaeda and other terrorist organizations to smuggle narcotics into the United States as a means of generating necessary funds and simultaneously poison our citizens and especially our children with those drugs?

Let me answer that question- terrorists would absolutely love to peddle narcotics in the United States to do grave harm to our nation and to generate billions of dollars in cold, hard cash!

Furthermore, I can assure you that it is impossible to sit across the desk from someone and know who that person truly is unless he (she) has reliable identity documents- and even then a bit of skepticism is called for! The huge threat to national security that the cooperation of al-Qaeda and the Colombian drug cartels represents to our nation is inestimable! Stop and think about it- in order to operate, the Colombian cartels routinely violate our nation’s borders, moving drugs into our country and money out of our country. By joining forces with al-Qaeda, that unholy alliance would enable al-Qaeda to move people, money and potentially weapons across our nation’s borders!

I can also tell you with certainty that a Middle Eastern person who has spent a number of years in Latin America and has become truly proficient in the Spanish language would in all probability be able to pass himself (herself) off as being a citizen of Colombia, Mexico or other Latin American country. Members of al-Qaeda would easily be able to pass themselves off as being citizens of Latin American countries

Meanwhile the administration and members of Congress are salivating over the prospect of implementing Comprehensive Immigration Reform and generating millions of new voters they expect will owe allegiance to them especially in the voting booth. What should be remembered is that al-Qaeda and other terrorist and criminal organizations are also salivating at that prospect!

The first step in solving problems is to identify the problem- clearly our nation’s leaders are refusing to accept the reality of the situation! Their refusal jeopardizes our nation’s security and the lives of our citizens!

A country without secure borders can no more stand than can a house without walls!

Any politician who refuses to work to secure our borders and create an immigration system that has integrity is either corrupt or too dumb to keep his (her) job. Any politician, irrespective of party affiliation who favors health care for illegal aliens and/or Comprehensive Immigration Reform should be shown the door at the next election!

DECEMBER 16, 2009 WED : (MUTALLAB TRAVELS TO ETHIOPIA AND THEN GHANA WHERE THE RETURN TICKET FOR HIS TRIP TO DETROIT IS PURCHASED- BUT THE RETURN DESTINATION IS CHANGED FROM ACCRA IN GHANA TO LAGOS IN NIGERIA) The return ticket for his trip to Detroit, via Amsterdam, was bought at KLM’s office in Accra on December 16 for $2,831 (£1,770). Unusually for a potential suicide bomber, he took the trouble to change his return destination, replacing Ghana with Lagos. He arrived in Nigeria on Christmas Eve. .—————— “Abdulmutallab’s bomb plans began with classroom defence of 9/11,” Times Online ^ | 12/27/2009 | Dominic Kennedy

DECEMBER 16, 2009 WED : (GHANA : US DEA DRUG STING NABS AL QAEDA OPERATIVES OUMAR ISSA, HAROUNA TOURE’ AND IDRISS ABELRAHMAN; THEY ARE SHIPPED TO NY) Osama Bin Laden’s terrorist organization has become increasingly reliant on organized crime, including cocaine smuggling, human trafficking and kidnapping, according to a criminal complaint unsealed Friday in Manhattan’s federal court. The charges filed against three alleged al-Qaeda associates by the U.S. Attorney in Manhattan is the latest chilling evidence of a convergence between terrorism and organized crime.
Oumar Issa, Harouna Touré and Idriss Abelrahman were snatched in Ghana on Wednesday by a Drug Enforcement Administration sting and shipped to New York, where they arrived on Friday to face charges of conspiracy to commit acts of narco-terrorism and providing material support to al-Qaeda, a terrorist organization. The arrests mark the first time that al-Qaeda associates have been charged with narco-terrorism offenses.

“It’s pretty compelling evidence, but not the only evidence that has been growing that al-Qaeda and its affiliates are becoming more and more involved in the global drug trade to help fund their operations,” says Michael Braun, former chief of operations at the DEA and a founder of Spectre Group International. “They have to pay for their operations somehow.”
