Democrats running scared for 2010 elections

It’s hard to believe that just 11 short months ago, the Republican Party was all but declared a non-entity for the next 50 years in American politics. Now it seems by all poll indications, the Republicans are back and they may make the 1994 off-year elections look tame compared to what may be in store in 2010.

The early scent of a future landslide defeat usually begins with the party’s own starting to withdraw as candidates.

Early reports show Reps. Dennis Moore of Kansas, John Tanner and Bart Gordon of Tennessee, Brian Baird of Washington and Neil Abercrombie of Hawaii (quitting to run for governor) retiring from the House. It might be noted that all come from districts beginning to lean toward the Republicans in growing numbers.

There are also Democrats that have chosen to stay and fight that are in serious danger of being ousted next year.

At the top of that group is Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid of Nevada. Not only is he behind in every state poll in Nevada, both his Republican challengers are ahead of him almost a year before the election. Senator Reid and House Majority Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) are the poster children of President Obama and his ever-growing unpopular domestic policies.

Every major national polling organization has found the Republicans growing a lead over their Democratic rivals of four points and growing by the month. The premature prediction that the Republicans were finished for years to come was just that; premature.

Democrat’s real problem is coming from Independents. They comprise approximately 19% of the electorate. Whereas Obama corralled most of their support in the 2008 election, his unpopular stances on health care reform and carbon taxes along with the almost invisible stimulus money is shifting a vast majority of those votes to...

What we’re watching is street theater in DC (the same in Dopenhagen). They’re just making it look good for the masses. “See? I fought for you and toned down the bill”. By the time the criminal Chicago machine is done, there will be no U.S. to save.

ITS ALREADY HAPPENING 2009 elections clipped the wings of Obama's plans for a permanent Democratic realignment. NJ and Va gubernatorial candidates---the only two 2009 statewide races---won Independents by a 2-1 margin, (66%-33% and 60%-30%, respectively); McCain lost Independents in each state to Obama a year earlier.

=========================================

AFTERMATH According to Ohaha's slimy Press Secretary, Robert Gibbs, Ohaha was "busy with other matters" election night 2009 and "wasn't really concerned" with election results...an indication the WH is sucking up valium and vodka in order to anesthetize themselves from the aftermath.....trying to convince themselves the election was not a referendum on Obama.

The tsunami is ahead---in 2010-12.

========================================

THE OBAMA SLAPDOWN Ohaha was heavly invested in the 2009 NJ gubernatorial race. His carefully-laid plans----for installing a permanent Dem majority USING ILLEGALS' VOTES----went haywire. Pulling out all the stops made Ohaha a VERY good target for voters disgusted with Ohaha’s policies.

The New Jersey race was considered a "squeaker" that would go on till all hours. But two hours after the polls closed, the Repub was declared the winner with a comfortable 4-point margin (would have been higher were it not for Dem voter fraud).

OBAMA WAS DESPERATE FOR NJ's CORZINE TO WIN. The NY Times reported:
(a) every TV ad Corzine put on the air was screened by Obama's WH team.
(b) Corzine's aides gave the WH daily briefings.
(c) Obama’s pollsters took over for Corzine’s polling team,
(d) White House operatives were on the ground for internal strategy sessions,
(e) White House operatives were orchestrating obscure pep rallies with Latinos (kept secret from voters),
(f) Ohaha campaigned in the state three times, Biden was there twice.
(g) Ohaha TV ads ran relentlessly in costly NY media markets.
(h) The crooked NJ Democrat Machine was also running at warp speed.

The New Jersey race was considered a "squeaker" that would go on till all hours. But two hours after the polls closed, the Repub was declared the winner with a comfortable 4-point margin (would have been higher were it not for Dem voter fraud).

Other pertinent facts:

>> Incumbent Dem Jon Corzine (the wealthy loser) outspent the Repub winner Chris Chirstie about 4-1.
>> New Jersey has a huge Democratic registration.
>> Corzine bragged he had 20,000 paid union helpers on the ground election day to get out the vote.
>> There was a third party candidate siphoning off Republican votes.
>> Corzine had the power of incumbency.
>> Corzine had the power of a crooked Democrat Machine cooking the vote.
>> Ohaha hid $17.5 BILLION stimlulus in New Jersey.....for Corzine's reelection campaign.

And still Corzine lost decisively.

===========================================

DEMS SUCKED UP BIGTIME TO FACILITATE AN ILLEGAL TAKEOVER. :

(a) Incumbent Corzine promised illegals ‘driving credentials’ & in-state tuition.
(b) Corzine REFUSED to enforce current immigration laws.
(c) Corzine formed a Blue Ribbon committee of latinos using tax dollars to mine hyphenate votes for Corzine.
(d) Also sucking-up was Democrat US Sen Robert Menendez, a Spanish-speaking Corzine campaigner.
(e) Corzine appointed latinos to the Supreme Court and to other high profile state jobs,
(f) Corzine had a "Peruvian Pac" endorsing him,
(g) Obama's operatives were orchestrating obscure pep rallies with NJ Latinos (kept secret from voters).

AND THE WINNER IS The winning Republican Lieutenant Governor candidate----a County Sheriff----was lacerated by latino groups. She had applied for the federal 287(g) program, to question every inmate coming into the County jail about his/her immigration status, regardless of the offense for which they are incarcerated. The Sheriff had sought to ensure that "criminals" are not unduly released for fear of further harm to the community. The 287(g) program would provide the Sheriff with personnel and tools to punish individuals being held at the County jail (this was in contrast to the criteria set forth by candidate Corzine). Illegals lacerated the Sheriff for political pandering and for scouting incidents of indictable offenses such as driving under the influence by undocumented immigrants.

NEW JERSEY IS "IDENTITY FRAUD CENTRAL" FOR LATINO IDENTITY THEFT.

Two Texans busted in bogus ID operation in NJ ----NORTH BERGEN, NJ -- July 21, 2006 -- Pelcastre brothers, Angel and Jorge, Dallas, Texas, were a walking threat to US national security, expert document forgers who, for a few thousand dollars, could give anyone a new identity, authorities said. The Texas brothers turned a NJ hotel room into a business office and were readying a massive cache of fake Social Security cards for delivery to a local NJ identity broker.

The Texas brothers were a "one-stop shop" for a myriad of fake US documents, including birth certificates, Social Security cards, driver's licenses for any state in the US, passports and resident alien cards, said state police. Officers happened upon two cars bearing Texas plates in a NJ hotel parking lot. Authorities wouldn't identify the NJ hotel by name for fear it would spark retribution. The Drug Interdiction Task Force, regularly runs checks.

The Texas brothers were followed to a NJ office supply store nearby where they purchased computer supplies. Officers then followed the Texans to a NJ storage facility in Secaucus, NJ, where the Texans loaded several boxes into a car. One of them stood lookout. Authorities approached the Texas brothers when they returned to the NJ hotel and questioned them separately. The Texas brothers consented to a search.

Police recovered laminating sheets with built-in security features, pages of blank documents waiting for fake names and information, finished documents, computers and software to create the fake IDs. All told, the haul was worth about $500,000 on the street. Police also recovered $6,000 in cash, which was the first payment from a NJ fake document broker for a shipment of 500 Social Security cards.

Well, maybe we can just pave them and compact them to 98% dry density with a Flat Wheel roller?

But the Democrats do have a game plan and they will spend what’s necessary to advance their objectives no matter if it’s taxpayer or private money. They’ve proven over and over that they can buy support when necessary. Unfortunately, the Republicans have no plan and virtually no platform on the table that anyone can buy in to. The Republicans also have no leadership, and have not shown themselves to be a party of principle. I’ve been a Republican for many years, mostly because I don’t like the Democrat’s socialist agenda. The Republicans are constantly hitting on me for money to support the party, but what am I supporting? Now is the time for the Republicans to define a platform based on principles that made the country strong and proud in the past, and in turn strengthened the Republican party. A Republican spokesman and leader is desperately needed to restore sanity to our country. The Republicans won’t loose because the Democrats are that good. Republicans will loose for the lack of a coherent and principled platform, and for the lack of leadership.

You may be right. They don’t seem that scared to me. When you have Acorn to cheat for you and recounts (except for the 2000 election) seem to always find more votes for the democrats and people can vote multiple times because they don’t have to show i.d., go to other states and vote as in the case with Ohio, I really don’t think they’re all that worried. We’ve got to figure out how to change all that or Democrats will remain the permanent majority. I can’t believe there has not been more outrage over the stolen elections in 2008. Cheating doesn’t faze them when there are no consequences. I don’t like sounding negative either, Republicans have the advantage, but we’ve got to figure out ways to keep them from stealing the next election. They have managed to work things out too much in their favor.

How do you propose to rectify it? Surely you don’t think Republicans can actually repeal anything do you? What other mechanism do you propose? I will grant that it might be changed when the country finally goes bankrupt but other than that, what’s your gameplan?

John Tanner just turned 65 and Bart Gordon is 60, so they aren't that old. Not sure why they are retiring, but Tennessee was one of Obama's worst states last year, and I don't think there is a high number of illegal aliens in either district, so they wouldn't gain many votes from amnesty.

Maybe it would be useful to have a map showing the number of illegals per Congressional district, and see how the FIA districts (few illegal aliens) match up with the districts where Democrat incumbents don't run for re-election.

There will be an election in 2010 or there will be a revolt, count on it.

"or" will most likely have to be replaced with "and". Do you really think they will relinquish their absolute stronghold with an election?

“They tend to rally behind Moderate Mitt Romney”

Well, I for one, and the vast majority of the other freepers are not a part of the “they.”

It’s insane that they keep preaching “broaden the base, broaden the base, expand the tent, expand the tent,” when that has been attempted and it has proven nothing but disastrous.

Haven’t they gotten the message? NO MORE RINOs!!!

So-called “moderates” don’t help the GOP, they poison it. They don’t vote with us and they backstab us at every single chance they can get (need I mention Olympia Snowe and Susan Collins?)

In order to win back Congress, we need to have CONSERVATIVE candidates, not just anyone with an (R) next to their name. RINOs are unacceptable and intolerable.

As for Romney, all we need to say is “RomneyCare” and he’s done.
