Activist Maurice Joseph Schwenkler, 24, pleaded guilty Monday to a second-degree misdemeanor for smashing windows at the Colorado Democratic Party headquarters last summer.
Anarchist websites across the country raised money for Schwenkler's $5,000 bail, and identified him as "a transgendered anarchist" using the name Ariel Attack. Authorities have consistently identified him as male.
The gay, lesbian and transgender protest group Denver Bash Back characterized Schwenkler as one of its "friends and comrades."
Initially, Democratic Party officials blamed conservative ...
Then it became known that Schwenkler had previously worked for a Democratic candidate.

MILWAUKEE (AP) — The sons of a first-term congresswoman and Milwaukee’s former acting mayor were among five Democratic activists charged Monday with slashing the tires of vans rented by Republicans to drive voters and monitors to the polls on Election Day.
Sowande Omokunde, son of Rep. Gwen Moore, D-Wis., and Michael Pratt, the son of former Milwaukee acting mayor Marvin Pratt, were among those charged with criminal damage to property, a felony that carries a maximum punishment of 3½ years in prison and a $10,000 fine.
I’m sure the democrat party will rush to apologize to all the Americans they falsely accused of this crime. /s

Personally I think that some blame should accrue to his parents - “Maurice”?!?! Unless there is a trust fund or RICH RELATIVE involved here, I would have reversed the names to “Joseph Maurice” just in the name of decency. His childhood school experiences ... “Maurice, please come up to the blackboard” - shudder!
Ah, but what prison, that is the question for this "transgendered" person. He'd be quite popular in the male population if 'fixed' and with the women if not. Which side get the thrill or will the authorities 'fix' the problem at the taxpayer's expense?
