Making Obamacare Null and Void is Really Quite Simple

WOW! It's so easy. Let them pass their stupid bill. Note what terms are used as descriptors such as "patient", "doctor", "heart", "transplant", etc. REPLACE every one of these words with a new and different descriptor to be used in common everyday practice. Instead of "doctor", use "woctor", instead of "patient", use "bimbo", etc. This would make every bit of the language of this legislation NON-APPLICABLE and a useless. Let them have their bill. Then we the people will simply invent new terms for EVERYTHING in it.

It’s simpler to just translate the whole damned thing into Spanish (it’ll happen in 2010 anyway thanks to McRino & Gramnesty).

Except a word is just a reference to what it is, not the thing itself

Just because you relabel something doesn’t make it a different thing.

Nice try though, wish it was that simple.

What you need to do is modify something about a Doctor that no longer makes them a Doctor but a Woctor, etc..

Here is the definition:

It’s a great idea on the surface. The problem is, if the hospitals and doctors want licensure and payments, they have to comply with the regulations.

Any clever maneuvering will result in their bills not being paid.

Kinda like substituting Global Warming™ with Climate Change™, right?

I like it! You might be on to something here :)

instead of "patient", use "bimbo"

Can I use "whiny baby", for patient?

You need a license to practice. Who controls the licensing?

I might need a consultation with my fitness engineer. He may need to induct me into a body shop for some small repairs. If necessary, he can issue an order for me to obtain chemical concoctions. While undergoing treatment, the FE (fitness engineer) can refer to me as his human project.

Interesting. Except, they get to make up the names, not us.

The left wing uses relabeling all the time.
social justice= socialism.
Economic justice = socialism.
choice and competition = government chooses your choice=socialism.
fair compensation=socialism
green jobs = phantom promises

and so on. seems to work for them so far so why not try occupational relabeling

After all, a prostitute is a performing artist.

And I could become a recycled immigrant instead of a natural born citizen.

Who controls the licensing?

The individual States.

"You need a license to practice medicine"

I agree. Do you need a license if you are a "woctor" pasting noodles? I think not. Perhaps all of the insurance companies will have to re-write all of their policies. This is looking like job growth all over the place!

Good thinkin’ Uncle Sham

Not a bad idea if you can get “human repair professionals” to buy it and create their own “individual maintenance centers” to do the necessary repair.

There are several “human repair professionals” in my extended family that will do “in home maintenance”.

Just because you relabel something doesn’t make it a different thing.

Remember when Nixon imposed wage/price controls? And what happened in the meat industry?

Retailers couldn't sell meat for a profit so they renamed the cuts and were able to set the price on these "new" cuts. As I recall that's how "California roast" came to be. Government had fixed the price of a boneless chuck roast so instead, there were no more boneless chuck roasts. Just the new California roast.

I'll grant you we can't pull that here, but it is a good illustration of how supply/demand in the real world gets around idiot utopian government edicts.

A few years ago there was a Spanish cruise ship that would sail from Ireland and once in international waters, would offer abortions.

That was done of course because abortion was illegal in Ireland.

I don’t see why some enterprising medical company couldn’t do the same for medical care. Pick up patients in port and sail 12 miles offshore to perform what the death panel won’t authorize.

There could also be an “offshore” insurance to cover it for those that want it.

The United States doesn’t have jurisdiction over a Panamanian registered cruise/hospital ship in international waters.

Laws and regulations make business opportunities for the enterprising just like prohibition did for Capone. This however would be perfectly legal.

Pinging null and void, just because I feel like it.

BTW, this is a stupid idea.

Frowning takes 68 muscles.
Smiling takes 6.
Pulling this trigger takes 2.
I'm lazy.
