Ya can’t recall a house member. You have to vote them out.

DO IT!

Believe me I will be working against Mark Schower in the next cycle. Tim Walburg is my man. I will work for him.

Even so, the effort will show how livid we are. Not wasted if these traitors realize We The People want them OUT of OUR government as punishment for their crimes of treason. These vermin choose to ignore us and pretend we will be mollified by their propaganda and the BS the MSM is spewing hourly. They have to get our message “We Aren’t Going Away; They ARE! May the stigma of TRAITOR be attached to their name for eternity. Add their family to that stigma as well.

Having the last name of Hitler must be hell for anyone in Germany. Being known that you’re related to Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi, Barbara Boxer, Chris Dodd, Jack Murtha, has to become synonymous with TREASON.

Those states only apply to state and local elections.

I know that California (where I used to live) has it.

I know Nevada is one of them so let's start there.

I'm not against Reid facing a recall election, but he'll be on his way out by this time next year, anyway, if current trends prevail. The question is in the timing: Can a recall election be set up in Nevada before next November?

What you say is true, but only up to a point. There are certain aspects of the process by which US Senators and Representatives are selected that are governed by state law. For example, some states require a run-off election for a House or Senate seat if no candidate in the general election gets more than 50 percent of the vote, most don’t; some states allow for open primary elections, while others have closed primaries or perhaps no primaries at all; there are different ballot recounting mechanisms in each state; there are different requirements for getting a candidate on the ballot for these federal elections in each state; and so on and so forth. I don’t think the issue of whether or not a federal legislator can be recalled pursuant to state law has ever been adjudicated by any court whatsoever, so it will remain in limbo for now.

You argument is for the election of US Senators and Representavies. Once they are elected and judged and found qualified by their respective Houses then the only way to remove them is through the procedures of each House.

Although the Supreme Court has not needed to directly address the subject of recall of Members of Congress, other Supreme Court decisions, as well as the weight of other judicial and administrative decisions, rulings and opinions, indicate that the right to remove a Member of Congress before the expiration of his or her constitutionally established term of office is one which resides exclusively in each House of Congress as established in the expulsion clause of the United States Constitution.

I can’t find an example either.

Are they not the representative of the individual State?

So now..if true, then should we not have another 10th amendment issue.

Another way to go at them is to call a STATE grand jury. It should in no doubt work in a state like NEB.

Look at Frank Church.

McCain and Kyl have both signed pledges to abide by the voters' wishes should they be recalled.

I remember Church. He was an outright communist.

Republicans attempted to recall Church. The courts shot it down from the get-go.
