U.S. placed under international police-state

In the dead of night on December 17, 2009, President Barack Hussein Obama placed the United States of America under the authority of the international police organization known as INTERPOL, granting the organization full immunity to operate within the United States.

Last Thursday, December 17, 2009, The White House released an Executive Order "Amending Executive Order 12425." It grants INTERPOL (International Criminal Police Organization) a new level of full diplomatic immunity afforded to foreign embassies and select other "International Organizations" as set forth in the United States International Organizations Immunities Act of 1945. By removing language from President Reagan's 1983 Executive Order 12425, this international law enforcement body now operates - now operates - on American soil beyond the reach of our own top law enforcement arm, the FBI, and is immune from Freedom Of Information Act (FOIA) requests.

If we have come to the terrible state where we are forbidden by government to police the police, we have become slaves in our own country. We are no longer free men.

You would have to ask the Bamster or his pet monkey that plays at being the AG.

Well, I seem to recall Obama and his thuggish AG recently speaking resentfully about the practice of interrogating suspects in creative ways in planes, or in countries not party to the dispute in a process disparigingly called "rendition!"

What a sackful of phony hipocrites this desparate administration is. They are reaching far beyond even their imagined ideas of Bush "sins" with their own actions. They think we are not watching and contemplating retrobution...

"TSHTF scenario seems closer with each new day."

With each new day I find it harder and harder to argue with the sentiment you expressed. They've already screwed with my chosen career and livelihood and I'm so advanced in age that I'm getting braver with each new day!!!

The bastards are stealing the American Dream from far more than just me and I totally resent it! Especially when they say "lets be civil" and "use the process" and "work within the system" and "politics is how we change things without shooting each other!"

I've been all those routes and done all that and it ain't workin!!!

Only the supreme court could over rule such an action but they have a history of not intefering with many executive orders. In the end though I suspect executive orders are not above the constitution and could be found so by the courts.

Anyone hear of Interpol?

They specialize in stern warnings on DVDs (when the FBI doesn't get the gig).

Looks like another count to add to Zero’s already long list of Treason charges.

Yep. And those who aided and abetted.

[edpc] I believe it has more to do with war crimes investigation than anything else. Given Holder’s freedom to investigate CIA interrogators, it’s likely Obama is providing more power to those who would pursue former Bush admin people. Who knows? Maybe even Bush and Cheney themselves.

Hold all calls, please -- we have a winner!

Yes, this is about Obama and the International Left finding a way to attaint constitutional officers of the United States Government and bind them over for international show trials in The Hague.

The Communist wet dream.

later on down the road, when obama gets his ducks lined up ina row, either obama or one of his henchmen will give to word to begin the roundup of people

I just finished reading a biography of Cicero, and it has some nasty parallels to the scenario you describe.

When Marc Antony and Octavian got together with their respective armies and formed the Second Triumvirate, they didn't play -- they just started making a list, took 'em three days, and then they started "proscribing" people, i.e. issuing death lists with bounties for any person who could bring them proof of death of a proscribed individual. The individuals' property was confiscated for their political slush fund they paid their troops from, and Cicero was one of the proscribed, as were Brutus, Cassius, and all the Liberators who'd killed Caesar. Hell, practically anyone who was anyone in Roman politics was on the list, unless he was a creature, a hanger-on, of one of the Triumviral principals.

Once the conspirators against society got their combination together, they moved very fast, and Cicero, who was riding high in February and helping lead the Senate and run the State, was dead a matter of weeks later, his head and hands cut off and displayed on the Rostrum in the Roman Forum.

They turned on former allies, family, everybody -- that fast.

Word to the wise, everybody. I think Obama is underrated as a potential political mass-killer. I think he has the potential really to surprise a lot of people.

seems that AD folks, fearing loss of security clearance, career and eventual government pensions, didn’t want to associate with sites or organizations that might jeopardize their personal career security

There is also the problem of phalangism. In Latin American countries, the idea of the military as "guardians of the Constitution/State/Society" is commonly accepted. But it is also the mover in most military golpes de estado that lead to juntas, and then an El Supremo emerging from the junta as a "first among equals".

So the idea of Army conservatorship of society => coup => caudillism.

That's been the cycle these last 160 years or so, anyway. It's a fixed feature of L.A. history. Along with "Why isn't their society more dynamic? Where are their inventors, industrial founders, their Nobel laureates and great industrialists?" That one is "the $64,000 question of South American political history". (My answer: They're a closet matriarchy.)

I believe that your assessment is right on target.

I also believe strike sooner than later. And as much as I hope I am wrong, I do not believe that there will be a meaningfl election in November 2010. There may be an election and may be candidates from both subsets of the Democrat Party, but, obama will have his thugs stationed at every polling place , telling people how to vote and making sure they do as told.

The fools and parasites gave away our Country November 4, 2008. The only way it will be reposessed is with blood. In my opinion.

I have long said what the left spews forth in their fear...they fail to realize it is a timber in their own eye.

They called and feared Bushitler, yet knew in their hearts they could in fact speak freely, protest etc. without recriminations from the Administration.

Now, they have a very real leader and are learning to fear him. We are all watching history repeat itself and like many times before...we fail to understand how to STOP it.

It is as though it all must progress and happen so that all the evil maybe revealed and purged again. I don't understand why this is, it just is.

There were my own mutterings, early in 2008, comparing this man's rise to fascist Italy's Mussolini. Even FR was still in denial at that time. I often had responses of, “It can't happen here.” In our comfort of all that we believe American we let our vigilance down over the course of many, many years.

So, here we sit today with our sovereignty destroyed in the whispers of the night. Our soldiers, military, CIA all now subjects of the ICC. Any one of them can be whisked away in the night, without extradition, without Rights. I'd really like to believe the flip side is this will turns the terrorists over to the ICC, but I don't see that as being just so. The EX as of the 17th should turn the Flt. 253 attempt over ...out of our jurisdiction. Will it?

What happens when 0bama begins naming American Citizens ...enemy combatants? Will that move those accused into the interpol? Once there all your Rights are gone. That is a lot of power to wield. Your Rights are gone at the word of one person, one department (DHS). Contemplate that order sent out last April 2009 from the DHS.

Laws passed in the dark of night. EO’s under the whispers of holidays...

This has all been done before in history. There is nothing new under the sun here.

Let's all make sure we take our cell phones and take lots and lots of video/pictures, what have you - just in case.

Really, I think that the administration is pleased to have unemployment up high and are hoping it'll go higher. Then they will have a group of people willing to work for anything just to get an income and that "anything" will be working for unscrupulous Obama/Soros organizations to screw up elections, tell on neighbors, etc.

Well, come the election of 2010 - elect someone other than the usual suspects, in 2012, elect a new boss.

Under normal times I would say that you have a point, but, under the obama regime, it is not a given that there will be an election in 2010 and the odds are astormically higher that there will be no election in 2012.

Search and seizure and arrest without warrants by Interpol, bypassing the Constitution?

I doubt they're coming here, but I'll be happy to be a test case if they come to my door....which they will step through over my dead body.
