No need for profiling. Let’s start Hamsammich Airlines. All seats are covered in luxurious pigskin. Free food, including smoked ham sandwiches, pulled pork BBQ, fried pork rinds and pickled pigs knuckles. Gate screening will be ensured by our trained truffle-sniffing porkers. To keep the kids amused during long international flights, our 747s have a petting zoo featuring the cutest miniature pot-bellied pigs you’ve ever seen.

Traveling passengers so inclined need to mentally deputize themselves as unarmed air marshalls. Stay vigilant. Be prepared. Run “what if” scenarios through your mind. If traveling with like-minded companions...place yourselves in separate seats.

If the same kind of airport/airline regulations were applied to police work, there would be no profiling of suspects, and race and religion could not be mentioned on any bookings of suspects.

Thus, there would be no mention of race, religion, ethnic group, clothing worn, gender, age, and more.

An APB for a suspect might just go out with very nebulous information, such as "the bank robbery suspect was seen leaving the bank, with gun in hand, and heading north, probably towards where the suspect lives".

You got it! I would much prefer Muslims not want to fly with ME instead of the other way around.

In theory, a squirt gun full of pigs' blood should be at least as effective a deterrent as an Air Marshall packing heat. No one gets hurt with a squirt, but Mohammed's gonna think twice about blowing himself up if he believes he'll receive a one-way trip to hell instead of his virgins.

This assumes a remedy that is beyond the airlines ability.

They lack the resources. Even our government with infinite resources is unable to do the job.

The remedy is akin to treating a symptom. The cure is to be found elsewhere... Pakistan, Somalia, Yemen. The leaders must be rooted out and killed. The process is underway but is difficult and time consuming
