An opposition news website is reporting that Iran has imported high-tech armored anti-riot vehicles equipped with water cannons that can douse people with boiling water or teargas.
The U.S.-based Persian-language news website Rahesabz, or Green Path, posted a photograph of what it described as a photograph of two of the trucks arriving at the Iranian port city of Bandar Abbas in the south.

Cut down a rebar in 6~7 feet in length, it will make a handy spear.

Spike strip to deflate tyres.
Use Afgahan model. Lure vehicles to outbreaks of disorder in narrow street area.
Dump skip/truck in front and behind.
Use crash barriers on dual carriageway to trap vehicle on carriageway. Narrow it to one lane with parked vehicle if necessary.
Crossbow/catapult shot through windscreen.
Paint bombs on windscreen.
Smoke bomb to blind driver gunner.
Spear fishing harpoon through radiator.

The paint-on-windshield is a good idea for blinding the driver(s). It seems to have some kind of shielding, either from aerial attack or otherwise...
I would expect such a vehicle to have an armed escort, along with its own up-close defensive measures, which would discourage up-close application of such items, so it might be necessary to either deal with the escort(s) first, or work to separate the escort(s) from this vehicle first. Paint guns anybody?
Of course sabotage ahead of any confrontation can work wonders (fuel, drivers before they enter the vehicles, etc), especially if there are any lapses in their force protection and/or support infrastructure security measures...
i saw a video in the last two days that showed a truck with a wide tube grill on the front that was used not only to ram into the crowd, it even ran over at least one of them...

Boiling water! That’s not just crowd control, that’s evil. Iran and China have the same disregard for human life and human rights. Omama thinks he can have a conversation with bad guys, he is wrong.
M<ost of rhe Basij and secret police, so far, have only used hand to hand combat weapons. Such as batons, iron bars, knives, chains and razor knives, and of course twae gas. not many firearms, but used from the middle of a bunch of anti-riot troops of in ambush. So there’s not been a large amount of weapons to seize from troops, even when some of them get overwhelmed...so far.
