Jake tapper says this is no big deal( BIG shocker there)
Jake sats, well yes this does mean a US Citizen would not have the protections offered under our constitution and yes INTERPOL and any Court( ICC) could refuse to show any files they have on a US Citizen
but that is no big deal
http://blogs.abcnews.com/politicalpunch/2009/12/just-what-did-president-obamas-executive-order-regarding-interpol-do/comments/page/2/

But not to worry, as jake points out
Though clearly the Executive Order does prohibit US law enforcement from searching and seizing INTERPOL records, officials say, those provisions can be waived by the president if need be.

WEll if it can be waived why sign it into policy?

......................the U.S. Constitution clearly states that it is the supreme law of our land, and allowing the ICC to supersede the U.S. Constitution violates America’s sovereignty................................

We need to gear up for 2010 to undo what this “peacock” has done and possibly impeach Obama for violating his oath to protect and uphold the US Constitution.

There is more...see this link...

Of Executive Order and Trojan Horses

http://knowledgecreatespower.blogspot.com/2009/12/of-executive-orders-and-trojan-horses.html

Excerpts:
This is an issue that our elected leaders need to address formally and soon… The Patriot Room has another post up that goes into the Interpol EO even more:

Further research: INTERPOL the only police authority entity exempt from S&S under 1945 Act

Snip....

Two days ago I received some other leads from Nancy Jacques. Here’s her take on this and it is a good one:

Obama’s most recent move of amending Executive Order 12425 is only 1 piece of the puzzle. It’s consistent with, and appears strongly connected to the legislation, DoD Directive, Rand Corp Report, and other information delineated below (notice HR 645 was introduced right after Obama was sworn in as President):

H.R. 645: “National Emergency Centers Establishment Act” introduced Jan 22 2009, In Committee

http://frwebgate.access.gpo.gov/cgi-bin/getdoc.cgi?dbname=111_cong_bills&docid=f:h645ih.txt.pdf

[Section 102 of the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief & Emergency Assistance Act (42 U.S.C. 5122) [62 pages].

This Act defines the “emergency” or “natural disaster” in which HR 645 can apply.]

http://www.iaem.com/committees/governmentaffairs/documents/stafford020807.pdf

DoD Directive 1404.10: “DoD Civilian Expeditionary Workforce” dated Jan 23, 2009

http://www.dtic.mil/whs/directives/corres/pdf/140410p.pdf

H.R. 675: “TO AMEND TITLE 10, United States Code, to provide police officers, criminal investigators, and game law enforcement officers of the Department of Defense with authority to execute warrants, make arrests, and carry firearms.” introduced Jan 26, 2009 (in committee)

http://www.govtrack.us/congress/billtext.xpd?bill=h111-675

RAND Corp Report: “A Stability Police Force for the United States” 2009 (full report – heavily redacted)

http://www.rand.org/pubs/research_briefs/RB9432/

It appears he’s implementing the framework – legislatively – needed to take control of the American people very soon. Even though it may appear that the use of this civilian force will be used within the U.S. to protect us, it will certainly be used against those that this administration deems a risk to the U.S. as defined in the Homeland Security report identifying right-wing, military vets, etc. as a danger to the U.S.

I thought this issue wasn’t exactly new although perhaps this agreement with Interpol is.

I’ve been told that for years, one way the US has gotten around 4th amendment difficulties on domestic spying is to make pacts with foreign intelligence agencies (like Scotland Yard) for them to spy on our people for us (and perhaps we return the favor). In the meantime all the popular outcry is about direct spying and this gets no press.

INTERPOL has signed co-operation agreements with the United Nations – including related bodies such as UNESCO – the International Criminal Court and regional authorities such as the European Central Bank, Organization of African Unity and Arab Interior Ministers’ Council.

With the signing of an under-publicized amendment to Executive Order 12425, Barack Obama has fundamentally altered your constitutional rights

No he hasn't. He may be violating them, or making it easier to do so. But the rights come from The Creator, and are merely protected by the Constitution.

The Usurper can't alter or abolish them, he can only violate them, or allow others to do so.

Obama doesn’t have the AUTHORITY to “sign our constitutional rights away”, regardless of what that damn executive order says.
