With the signing of an under-publicized amendment to Executive Order 12425, Barack Obama has fundamentally altered your constitutional rights. His actions are undermining your rights to protect personal privacy from a foreign internationalist police agency named Interpol. A one-paragraph executive order may seem inconsequential to many, but this action has far-reaching implications and threatens the sovereignty of America.

Obama's secretive executive order amended an order issued by President Reagan in 1983. Reagan's order recognized Interpol as an international organization and gave it privileges and immunities commonly extended to foreign diplomats. Reagan opened the door to allow Interpol to operate in partnership with the U.S. but with significant constitutional safeguards. Specifically, Interpol's property and assets remained subject to search and seizure by American law enforcement, and its archived records remained subject to public scrutiny under provisions of the Freedom of Information Act

Jake tapper says this is no big deal( BIG shocker there)
Jake sats, well yes this does mean a US Citizen would not have the protections offered under our constitution and yes INTERPOL and any Court( ICC) could refuse to show any files they have on a US Citizen
but that is no big deal

Though clearly the Executive Order does prohibit US law enforcement from searching and seizing INTERPOL records, officials say, those provisions can be waived by the president if need be.

WEll if it can be waived why sign it into policy?

Terrorists get all of the Rights the U.S. Constitution offers....YET ZERO CAN SIGN AWAY OUR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS AND NO ONE EVEN PAYS ANY ATTENTION.

Barry's a priori grant to a foreign-controlled power (and its thousands of potentially independently-acting employees) to abridge the Constitutional rights of US citizens without any accountability therefor is an inherently treasonous act atop a breach of his presidential oath of office.

Note that, if US citizens defend themselves against INTERPOL agents coming after them to arrest or detain them--things which if they weren't INTERPOL agents would be considered kidnapping, for example--the US citizens would likely be guilty of transgressing US laws.

I allege this EO is a high crime, punishable by impeachment and removal from office!

It appears he’s implementing the framework – legislatively – needed to take control of the American people very soon. Even though it may appear that the use of this civilian force will be used within the U.S. to protect us, it will certainly be used against those that this administration deems a risk to the U.S. as defined in the Homeland Security report identifying right-wing, military vets, etc. as a danger to the U.S.

I thought this issue wasn’t exactly new although perhaps this agreement with Interpol is.

I’ve been told that for years, one way the US has gotten around 4th amendment difficulties on domestic spying is to make pacts with foreign intelligence agencies (like Scotland Yard) for them to spy on our people for us (and perhaps we return the favor). In the meantime all the popular outcry is about direct spying and this gets no press.

Maybe I don’t understand it but what i THINK obama did was to make any information INTERPOL gathers here is USA inviolabe, those records are not accessible to any US Citizen charged by INTERPOL.
So INTERPOL acts from the USA Justice building offices and investigates a US Citizen which the International Court decides to have arrested.
Thanks to Obama that US Citizen does not have the protection under the 4th Amendment( or any part of our constitution, first, 10th etc) and would not be able to view the files from which the charges stem

OR, what if the Justice Dept gathered information on a US Citizen and ran down the hall to give the info to Interpol. That information again is shielded from any American’s eyes.

odumbo has moved faster than I would have thought possible to expose us.,
