It is not too often friends we can find young people taking an interest in conservative politics, but there is a young lady who is using her video editing skills to show her appreciation for Glenn Beck and I think its a good thing to see someone her age taking a stand for something.

She has two You Tube videos and I suggest maybe if you get a chance, heck- bookmark it and maybe check them out one day when you have some time and give her some encouragement.

How recent were those video clips?

I’ve heard Beck talk about how he is a libertarian; and from my research, God isn’t mentioned anywhere in libertarian dogma (at least not in the LP Party platform), nor does He play a significant role in their thinking. I hear that some people call themselves “Libertarian Christians” (singing “One toke over the line sweet Jesus, one toke over the line...”), an oxymoron if there ever was one.

I quit taking Beck’s newsletter when he praised a lesbian on his radio program for joining the Republican Party.

So what are you Glen, a believer in God and His laws, or a libertarian that sees nothing wrong with the “if it feels good do it” mentality?

I stopped listening to Beck before he made his BOR comments. It just so happened that I tuned him in the day he made the people who support him to feel like idiots for asking for verification of zero’s eligibility to be president. He was actually mocking and it made me very angry. Glenn has done some good things, but, I think he’s been hanging around with the spin stops here guy too much. I stopped watching him a very long time ago.

I don’t think Sean embraced Glenn for some reason. At one time I thought it was because of jealousy, but, now I tend to think he and Mark, and possibly

You know guys, I am upset with Glenn myself for several reasons as well..ya’ll might know from my other posts that I archive Glenn’s show on YouTube. My decision has nothing to do with Mormonism, but I’m thinking of taking a break from the show..at least temporarily.

However, I think the author’s POINT is a good one- not many young people out there identify themselves as conservatives or anti-Obama (at least publicly for fear of being ridiculed or called a racist)so I agree these videos are worth a hat tip.
