On the talk radio show, "Nightside With Dan Rea," Coakley labels Rudy Giuliani as a Yankee fan, then goes on to bizarrely describe Brown supporter Curt Schilling, the great former Red Sox pitcher, as a Yankee fan as well.

No, you were correct the first time: the Bloody Sock Game was in the ALCS against the Yankees (it was part of the comeback from down 3-0 in the best-of-seven series).

The Yankees didn’t need steriods to win, they would have just purchased the best free agents on the market(with or without steriods), so the steriods probably hurt them more by giving a temporary surge to the redsox).
