Somebody needs to be in charge and it looks like Haiti is utterly incapable of running things for the moment.That is the essence of the problem. If someone doesn't get a handle on the logistics, there will be no Haitian population left to save. Without fresh drinking water and food, millions will die.

Let them take it up with the Haitian authorities who signed a MOU with the U.S. government concerning the running of the airport.
