Sen. Ben Nelson's popularity in Nebraska has plummeted in the course of the health care debate, with a new survey putting the Democratic senator's approval rating at 42 percent.

Ben was in trouble into 2012 anyway going against a popular govenor. Ben has always said he was for Nebraska, not the Dems or Reps. He had a lot of people fooled until ObamaCare came along. It became the litmus test of his word, Nebraska does not want it, so Ben should vote against it and stand up for Nebraska and agaisnt the Dems as he has promised he would do.

Well he didn’t so that opened everyone’s eyes, and that he took a payoff to change his vote put the final nail in the coffin.
