It’ll be hard for them to steal this one.

Yeah. I’d say Ted was rolling over in his grave, but he’s too fat to do that.

Fingers crossed for tomorrow. The way things have been going for OUR side, I won’t believe good news until it’s signed, sealed and verified.

how encouraging for Nov 2010!

Yes. It means that Democrats can plan on losing these seats in the Senate:

CO
IL
ND
PA
DE
NY
NV
AR

They will be in danger of losing these seats:

CA
MD
IN
WI
WA
OR
CT

If the GOP picks up only two of the endangered Democrat seats, they take over the Senate.

Prediction: 50-45. Brown makes the 5-0h mark but just barely. Tiebreaker: Coakley concedes by 9 pm ET.

I may even wade on over to CNN and see what they have to say. How they wll spin it..."Anti-Incumbancy" fever, a growing distrust in government, blah blah" Whatever CNN, you keep believing that. I heard Dick Morris say that if Brown wins he thinks it's 70/30% the Pubbies take back both Houses. Even Rahm is looking to jump ship, to run for Chicago mayor.

As that great philosopher, Richard Marx, once said... "It don't mean nothing until you sign (VOTE) on the dotted line"

As that great philosopher, Mao Tse Tung, once said.... "It's who counts the votes that counts."..................

I was just there and although the numbers aren’t there, Scott wrote something that said that it’s still too close to call and it will depend on who shows up.

“The news media can only hide the real Obama for just so long. This poll is a reflection on what the country thinks of Obama’s healthcare bill- they DO NOT WANT IT!”

Exactly. This is a referendum not just on Obama but also on the media. It will be fun to watch the media go into contortions trying to rationalize this loss. Nobody believes a word they say anymore.

I just saw a new Coakley ad on television. Vicky Kennedy says< “It’s not the Kennedy seat. It’s the people’s seat.” and then tries to make the case that Diss Coakley (She has disrespected Catholics, Red Sox fans, Red Sox players, people who work for a living, etc.) is the “people’s choice”. It’s almost laughable.

This will rank up there as one of the most uplifting political moments in my lifetime. I was born in 1950. I recall the Carter years as the worst in my lifetime, and the Reagan years the best.

Brown winning will be a classic, good guy finishes first an American story.

It’s like Ted Williams hitting a home run his last at bat. Monterey Mexico winning the little league world series. The USA Hockey team beating the Russians and going on to win the Gold Medal etc etc etc. Pick your own.

I am going to savor it until the November Elections which can’t come fast enough.

Rasmussen hasn’t updated the numbers since last Tuesday and his site’s been down all day until now. Look for new numbers at some point today.
