Charles Kerchner, whose lawsuit is proceeding through the courts of appeal to the supreme court, voiced an opinion on a radio interview, one upon which I doubt his careful attorney would opine, that the silence from the media was initiated by the Bush administration when major talk show hosts were virtually ordered to the White House in November (I recall the event but not the exact date) of 2008. I do recall that none of them that I heard would talk of the content of the meeting. Kerchner believes that they were ordered to sign documents, at the risk reprisals, perhaps from the FCC and legal reprisals for incitement, agreeing not to raise the eligibility issue. The reason stated was the certainly of riots and and the loss of life that would result.
This is plausible, given the SEIU and Acorn goon squads under control of the “Progressives”, and certainly not without precedent. It could be construed as racist, and likely would be so construed. Look how Valerie Jarrett and Obama have raped the black community in Illinois with their public housing scams. Their motivations are about power, not race. Obama, never part of the black community in the U.S., has strong Muslim ties and Valerie too, spending some significant part of her childhood in Iran. Both were nutured in a community of the far left elite.
Recall Obama’s support of cousin Odinga’s strategy when he promised riots if here were not elected Prime Minister. He didn't win the election in Christian majority Kenya, and probably didn't expect to. The riots, prosecuted by Muslims, who had been promised Sharia law in Kenya if Odinga prevailed, killed over one thousand Kenyans, mostly Christians, resulting in the power sharing agreement now in effect. This was the well-designed application of deadly force. How many thousands would have died in the U.S.? Did Obama become president because of a media silenced by the promise of riots to dwarf Watts and Detroit?
Recall that VP Cheney never asked for questions, as required by law, about Obama’s qualifications for the presidency during the joint session of congress to declare the choice of the Electors. Was it an accident? Congress investigated McCain's eligibility on at least three occassions, and held hearings, but refused to investigate Obama's. Is that "Equal protection under the law?" I doubt that there are many accidents where the free world is being negotiated. I also wonder if Robert's difficulties delivering the oath of office were an accident.
Kerchner has named Cheney and Pelosi among defendants in his lawsuit. Currently, no one has produced evidence that Bush imposed the reign of silence on conservative media. Could Clinton have been similarly muzzled - a promise of race riots?
Please don't forget, it was Obama himself who said “I was born a subject of the British Commonwealth.” He claimed, though it is legally irrelevant, that he was born a dual-citizen. A dual-citizen is not a natural born citizen. Obama is not a legitimate president, unless his father is not Obama I, and the real father was a citizen when Obama II was born. Obama I was an alien here on a student visa. If Obama II happens also to have been born in another nation, then he also fails jus soli - he was not "born in the country." Now that the public is realizing that they didn't know who this man is or what he was about (though some of the liberal left was well represented by Charlie Rose, who asked those questions before the election - more power to his honesty about it - "We don't know who this man is and what he believes?" With almost three years remaining it is just as important now to find out as when it was being concealed by the state-run media before the election. If our Constitution is law, Obama was not born with sole allegiance to the U.S. and is not a constitutional president.

What you suggest is a very large conspiracy involving a lot of people. How is it possible to hold together a conspiracy that large with so many people involved? Surely, by now it would have fallen apart.
The silence from the so-called conservative media is troubling. I simply can not come up with a rational explanation for it.
Personally, I will **never** trust these yappers again. When tyranny comes they will lick and spit shine the jack boots crushing our necks.
There used to be many youtube videos documenting the electoral college vote, but I only found two this morning. Contrast between 2009 when Cheney didn't ask if there were any objections as required by law and 2005 when he did ask and there was an objection.
Cheney might have asked if there were any objections, but before he has a chance to, Pelousy jumps up and starts clapping like a mad woman and the everyone joins her in a standing ovation. There does appear to be one lone man with his hand half raised as if to object, but he's never recognized.
