You might add the part about drugs. A cue in the article is that he was waltzing around naked. This seems to be a pretty common side effect of PCP.

This is quite disturbing to the police, because PCP users are in their own world. They may be walking around, and suddenly come to a halt, and just stand there. Most people assume they do this because a cop is pointing his gun at them, but that is not the case.

Alternatively, he did use a gun in an orderly enough way to kill people, which goes against the theory. But I’m sure it will come out in the wash.

Look folks, while most of the posts have strong points to consider, if this man had converted to being a Bible believing Baptist Fundamentalist and had a genuine conversion, beheading family members would be the last act of reaction to their rejection of his faith.

Same with Judaism, Mormonism, Buddhism, Taoism, Jainism, Hinduism, Zoroastrianism, and even Wiccan.
