Scott Brown Doesnt Rule Out 2012 Presidential Bid
(Excerpt) Read more at breitbart.tv ...
Good points, Todd.
I personally think running for Pres is too much of a stretch for Brown right now, and even though I’ve been a Palin supporter, on this forum, since 2007...before McCain even heard of her, it’s too soon for her, right now.
I guess he should have sworn on the Bible right then & there NOT to run for Pres. Would that do it for you?
Hey, I love ol’ Dick. Gettin’ up there in years, and his hearts not the best, and he sure did pass his genes on to Liz.
(I even combed my hair like DC. Didn’t take much.)
Norge, What do you think of a “Reagan ‘76-’80” type drive for Sarah? In other words run an honorable campaign in 2012, try to get through gaff-less. Then if it doesn’t work out the public is more used to her and in 2016 run again and win.
Nope. I have a wonderful life and many blessings to be thankful for. However, you might be amused to know that I was thinking the same thing about you (pathetic, miserable).
That could work for me, although I would hope that in 2012, we can retire the Oman.
I still think it’s premature to pick a candidate at this point. I just want to make sure that we aren’t in a position to tell Newt it’s “his turn.”
Retiring the Oman is number one top priority.
Just give him a segway, 24/7 heart monitor and
a shotgun and he's good to go!

No, I don't measure grumpy as being pro-life. Actually, this doesn't have much to do with policy as presentation.
This is funny coming from me, grumpy old dudette extraordinaire, but too many high-profile Republican officials and pundits are men in their late 60s and early 70s (and they've been in office or on television for 20 or 25 years). At that age, Reagan was still charming and quick on his feet, but these guys sit stone-faced with their arms folded across their chests (bad body language). Some of them have the same bad haircuts (must use the same barber in the Congressional barbershop); and John Boehner looks ridiculous with that spray tan (at the Baltimore caucus retreat, Boehner was darker than Obama!).
In terms of the media, Palin gets it. Brown gets it. You have to be engaging.
Yeah, and Pataki started looking at the White House as soon as Cuomo left Albany. That did him a lot of good.
I don't agree with that.
I'm am in MA now, listening to people talking about that election. I didn't ask questions, people are just talking.
May take is Brown won because he said he was voting against health care.
I think voters saw him as neither democrat nor republican, rather a combination of both, and that quality led independents and some democrats to vote for him 'in spite of' his republican affiliation.
We can do better. We have to.
Cheney/Krauthammer '12!
There wouldn't be enough Rolaids to keep the Dems in stock, if that were to happen.
You’re right, Nateman. They are just waiting for Scott Brown to blunder so it will make the headlines. (Unfortunately, if his wife or those two darling daughters of his put a foot wrong, it’ll make national headlines.) In my opinion, Massachusetts is not certifying him until Feb 11th for l) spite, and 2) to let the Dem. crooks ram their crap through before he can vote.
Well, that was quick...
His constituents are not representative of the Republican party, nor of ‘middle America’.
I definitely would not vote for him.
They’re all posting from just the title....and the title alone. Move along, business as usual.
Somebody needs to have a man to man talk with this guy, he’s got stars in his eyes.
