I’d be very surprised if he ran.
I don’t know much about Kudlow, but it is long past time we do some spring cleaning in both houses of Congress. If he appears to be a suitable alternative to Chucky, then he might be worth throwing a few dollars in campaign contributions to.

Kudlow is an open borders, pro-amnesty, Wall St. Journal Republican. I suppose he’s better than Chuck U, but not by much.
You’re right about the amnesty bit, but he’s better than we have reason to hope for from NY—and I still suspect such Freeper favorites such as Rubio on an amnesty vote.
I don’t think he’ll run either, but how sweet would that be? Schmuck Schumer and Gillebrand both knocked-off? That’s be the biggest NY miracle since the ‘69 Mets.
Curious. We don’t have anyone to take on Gillibrand nor Paterson yet (except other democrats, that is), but someone’s gunning for Schumer?

I hear you, loud and clear. But like Massachusetts and Maine, a real conservative will not get elected in NY, NJ, or CT. All we can hope for at best is the non Northeast Republicans don't attempt to knock him down in favor of a non-electable, anti gay, Pro-Life, Christian. (I am one of those, but I am also pragmatic)
Kudlow has some drug-abuse / addiction problems in his background (and he’s been open about admitting them and discussing them) that could be a problem once a campaign got down to the inevitable character-assassination phase.

You’ve got to know a bit about Larry Kudlow, as quoted in WIKI about him:
“Kudlow’s style is direct and his line of argument is always based on optimism about the economy, the stock market, and the dollar.”
So he gets a bit carried away on the optimist view of things. However, I love Larry because of his eternal optimism. He cheers me up, and I love his humor, quick wit, and sharp mind. He speaks exceedingly well, and would be a worthy debating opponent against Chuckie Schumer, a debate I would love to see. Like Beck, when younger, Larry had an alcohol/drug addiction problem that he overcame, and in the 1990’s he converted to Catholicism (see WIKI for his bio details). He worked in the Reagan Admin and loves Ronald Reagan as a role model, hence his optimistic outlook. They both preferred the glass half full. Like Reagan, he started out a Dem and became a Pub. I hope he runs against Chuckie and at least gives him a run for his money.
Not to worry. You mean problems like Rush, GW, Imus, Brett Favre, and Obama? Oh, Obama wasn't dependent, just did recreational coke. Drug problems he has dealt with are no big deal. Libs like that stuff, and learned from the attacks on Rush and GW it isn't worth it.
