Haiti's voodoo high priest has claimed believers have been discriminated against by evangelical Christians who are monopolising aid sent to the earthquake-stricken country....
Max Beauvoir, Haiti's "supreme master" of voodoo, alleged his faith's opponents had deliberately prevented much-needed help from reaching followers of the religion, which blends the traditional beliefs of West African slaves with Roman Catholicism.
"The evangelicals are in control and they take everything for themselves," he claimed. "They have the advantage that they control the airport where everything is stuck. They take everything they get to their own people and that's a shame
Christians have also been inundating radio stations asking anyone who has committed a crime to confess, thereby saving the nation from future disasters.
Inspiration, an evangelical station, said 11,000 people had rung up to pledge themselves to God since the earthquake.

funny, I don’t see voodoo practicioners lining up to help...
Praise be to GOD...
He works in Mysterious Ways, and brings Glory to the Kingdom....
You remind me of a man.
(What man?)
Oh, the man with the power.
(What power?)
Oh, the power of voodoo
(Who do?)
Oh, you do, you do
(Do what?)
You remind me of a man.
(What man?)
Yeah, the man with the power.
(What power?)
Yeah, the power of voodoo
(Who do?)
Yeah, you do, you do
(Do what?)
Most of the Christian groups I am familiar with went down to help missionaries they had been supporting in that field for quite some time. They went for a specific purpose, to serve a specific population. I don’t find it strange, or discriminatory, more of their aid went to those who been calling on the name of Lord before the earthquake.
Move on. Nothing to see here!
Haha. No doubt aid is “monopolized” by Christians — as we are among the most generous people on this planet.
However, if Haiti would like to restrict aid-sources to only voodoo wackos, fine by me. Good luck with that recovery. Its hard to rebuild a country with $32.50 and a and a voodoo priestess pricking dolls with pins.

Maybe that guy ought to just cut up a chicken and sling it’s guts around...I’m sure that’ll fix it.
OK, how about this, the Evangelicals will stop contributing aid and aid workers, and we’ll leave the whole relief effort up to voodoo relief agencies. I’m sure they will get 50 bucks a month or so flowing in to aid the millions in need.
I find it difficult to believe that Christians are restricting aid to only Christians. I don’t believe a word of this story.
Fine dude. Feed and heal your people with your own voodoo power.
See ya!
Well, misguided as it is, I think this guys point is that the Christian generosity of the “evangelical” Christians is coming with pressure to repent and become evangelical Christians. Catholic Relief Services (the largest sole provider of aide in the world) does not place any pressure or conditions on helping the poor. I’m not saying they should or shouldn’t, but I think this is the difference.
Well it’s time to pull out the Gris-gris, slaughter a chicken and put a vex on those bad, bad Christians...LOL
voodoo is one of the reasons Haiti is in such bad shape.
This Voodoo guy is basically Al Gore. He has no desire to help but wants to explain that the earth is mad and everyone needs to listen to him to learn how to please the Earth. One should post a picture of Al Gore next to this guy.
Most don’t pressure and they don’t restrict help. But, they will ask if they would like to know Jesus. That’s what Jesus told us to do. You don’t force but, you do offer.
Are you under the power of evil spells?
