So basically if one doesn’t believe US foreign policy should be influenced by Israel or Jewish lobby groups then that person is anti-Israel?

You need to ask your boss David Horowitz why he associates
with Glenn Beck a Ron PaulBot who is the one who is anti Israel and anti war.

Anything from Horowitz is questionable at best.

Anyone who believes that Sarah Palin can be ‘snookered’ has been snookered.

I oftentimes like Horowitz, but there have been too many times that his ex-commie Neocon colors shine a lil too brightly (or am I being redundant in using that phrase?).

Rand Paul compares himself to his dad.:

Notice that the quote unearthed by "the great blogger Sultan Knish" (lol) didn't see the light of day until after the Palin endorsement.

Beyond my criticism of the "blogger", I would also add that the Rand Paul quote is a red flag.

That said, at this point I've only seen conservative positions stated by Rand Paul.

Rand Paul is basically a Paulastinian Alinskyite. He's going to be much smarter than his Dad at hiding his true views so that he might stand a better chance at achieving positions of power to implement the policies he supports. It's his way of utilizing the Alinsky tactic of boring from within.
Thanks Michael van der Galien.
