It would be great if Debra could be in the run-off with Rick Perry.

It appears that her proposals to eliminate property taxes, and gun registration do not make sense. Given that, what makes her so compellingly conservative?

Debra Medina will protect the rights of individual Texans to Life,,P. Liberty ,p.and Property through the abolition of the property tax,P. and by asserting the Sovereignty of the State of Texas as guaranteed under the 10th Amendment of the US Constitution.,p. She's proven her willingness to take a stand for what is right time and again, and now stands up to fight as David against two political Goliaths.

Debra Medina's commitment to principle and people over big government interests and hollow political rhetoric is the epitome of what it means to be a Texan.

Debra Medina is the only real choice for Texans in 2010 for Governor.

Eliminating Property Taxes: It CAN be done by Nelda Carrizales Skevington on Feb 01, 2010 WHARTON, TX, Monday, February 1, 2010 - In the race for governor, there is one candidate who is promoting ideas to secure private property and solve economic problems in Texas. Her name is Debra Medina and she is being met with friction from those who claim that the elimination of property taxes is not a realistic goal.

In true Medina style, she doesn’t give up. She stands by her idea stating, "If we can lose our property to government, then we don’t really own it.

So far as I know, she's not been elected to anything. Given that the governorship is a weak office—longevity has given Perry clout—can she accomplish anything?

What does not make sense about eliminating property taxes? What proposals does she have about gun registration according to you?

She has said that eliminating property taxes is what will make us really free. Keeping what we have worked hard for.

She is adamantly opposed to any kind of gun registration. She is the ONLY candidate who believes in the Constitution in its entirety. She wants to nullify socialist laws from the federal govt. She doesn’t like big government intruding in our lives. She does not support abortion at all, for any reason. These are just a few things she is all about. Oh, and the most important one of all: SHE IS NOT A GLOBALIST like Perry or KBH.

Now tell me, what is not conservative about that? You will not get these things from anyone else running for Gov. in Texas

Is she going to cry when you she loses, just like she did on stage at the RPT State Convention when she was booed as her Paulbot floor motions were voted down soundly by the delegates on the floor?

Gov. Perry and Sen. Hutchinson are no prizes, but Medina is not ready for prime time - she may never be, if her State convention performance is reflective of her poor temperament and weak resolve.

There is NO Dem to “unelect”. This is Texas...all Republican. Whoever wins the GOP nomination will be elected in November. Besides, Rick “Empty Suit” Perry (aka “Governor Good-Hair”) and Kay-Kay are part of the entrenched political Establishment that people are tired of and want voted out.

"It would be great if Debra could be in the run-off with Rick Perry."

The more I learn about Medina, the more I like her. I think that ten years should be enough, if not too much, for any Governor. And I'm not very convinced of Kay's Conservatism.

No, but I know something about the limitations of the office. But if she won she would have to face the Democrat and a lot of rich Republicans might prefer someone like White.
