'Good without God' billboards now up in Sacramento...

"Are you good without God? Millions are" is the message on 10 new billboards in the Sacramento, CA area. The billboards, which are part of a nationwide campaign that began last year, were put up by the Sacramento Area Coalition of Reason. It's an umbrella organization for a variety of groups including the First Atheist Church of True Science, Humanist Association of the Greater Sacramento Area, Sacramento Area Skeptics, and Atheists and Other Freethinkers.

Sponsors of the "good without God" billboards say it's not an attack on theism but, instead, a message directed to their own community.

"It's a way of reaching out to people," said Fred Edwords, national director of United Coalition of Reason (quoted in the Sacramento Bee). "Many folks who think like us think they are the only ones." "We non-theists are your family members, friends, neighbors and co-workers," said Rachael Harrington, coordinator of the Sacramento group, in a news release. "We're just like you, except we don't believe in a supreme being. It's about time we were equally free to be open about our views."

So as we are moved by God, they are moved by Lucifer?

I've never known Lucifer to be that obvious.

I wonder what drives their need to convince others that there is no God?

Atheists seem to have that same tendency as vegetarians/vegans: To make sure they tell anyone that will listen that they are atheists. They find ways to work it into converstations very early on. They really want everyone to know about it as if it is some badge of honor for them.

Poor them.

Yes they are moved by *Lucifer* in the Last Days...Lucifer is very obvious.....

Jesus mentioned over and over and over again...

*Make sure you are not deceived*

Who is the *Ultimate Deceiver*? Satan...

Deception in the world is anywhere and everywhere....

Lord, deliver us.

OBAMA: Being out of alignment with my values.

And this man dares to claim he is a Christian? Does he really think he is God? What if the interviewer asked “what would be a sin in my life? Would 0bama say it is being out of alignment with “my” values or “your” values?

In addition to being incredibly egocentric his statement on its face is nonsense. With that definition how could anyone say that Hitler or Stalin sinned by murdering millions? Maybe they sinned in those rare instances that they showed mercy and spared a life. And America elected this moral idiot.

By whose standards?

Saul Alinksy's:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rules_for_Radicals

In a separate chapter he suggests that the perennial question, "Does the end justify the means?" is meaningless as it stands: the real and only question regarding the ethics of means and ends is, and always has been, "Does this particular end justify this particular means?"

Alinsky continues by stating several rules of the ethics of means and ends:

-The judgment of the ethics of means is dependent upon the political position of those sitting in judgment.

-In war the end justifies almost any means.

-Judgment must be made in the context of the times in which the action occurred and not from any other chronological vantage point.

-Concern with ethics increases with the number of means available and vice versa.

-The less important the end to be desired, the more one can afford to engage in ethical evaluations of means.

-Generally, success or failure is a mighty determinant of ethics.

-The morality of a means depends upon whether the means is being employed at a time of imminent defeat or imminent victory.

-Any effective means is automatically judged by the opposition as being unethical.

-You do what you can with what you have and clothe it with moral garments.

-Goals must be phrased in general terms like "Liberty, Equality, Fraternity," "Of the Common Welfare," "Pursuit of Happiness," or "Bread and Peace."

Not to argue for the sake of argument but it seems to me that a "deceiver" is one who moves in non-obvious ways. Someone who holds a gun to your head is not trying to deceive you.

I think (and I am as fallible as the next guy) that they are not deceptive instruments of Lucifer but rather are operating within the "free will" that God allows us to have. They are as wrong as someone who exercises free will in committing adultery and God is just as surprised and disappointed.

Lucifer's evil is far less obvious and far more traumatic than advertising to promote non-belief in a Christian God.

Proof atheism IS a religion.

And while I know some agnostics who seem like ok people, I know NO ONE who is a proselytizing atheist who is anywhere near “normal”. They are all very angry and hard to deal with.

We don’t have to agree with the message but everyone has a right to their opinion and to express it.

Well here is what GOD says:
PSALM 14:1-7
The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none that doeth good.

So deception is from the Un-believer...

Most don’t have the discernment to see Satan working in the world. People love to be accepted by the world. Unfortunately, when you strive for that goal, you’re working for Satan.
