I agree. A huge part of the President’s role is to inspire the nation toward greatness. This requires moral certitude, integrity and charisma. If Palin has difficulty understanding nuclear physics or the finer points of NATO treaties, she can rely on her advisors, as all Presidents do.

I would rather have someone like Palin in office than Obama with his academic credentials, who is using our country to experiment with his socialist philosophy, or McCain with his military expertise, who is too eager to compromise in an effort to reach accross the isle. I think Palin would inspire us to move in the right direction, and would hold her ground.

Obama doesn’t just use a teleprompter, he can’t function without one. A man who can’t function without the words scrolling in front of him is an idjit. I’d like to see him give a speech with just a few words on his hand.

Sarah always says that they don’t get involved in drama. I think her natural instinct was not to get mad, but to have a laugh on herself and the whole ridiculous drama.

No. It is not stupid. Part of the Obama marketing was his unexcelled oratorical skills. Yet occasionally on the campaign when he was off the teleprompter he made gaffs and sounded like a common 18 year old.

He is not the one. He is not out of the ordinary. He is not qualified to be President, and it is obvious on his reliance on this high tech teleprompter spoon feeding.

I think it's curious (and maybe a little clueless) that she did it before making a speech, which was on typed out on paper and placed on a lectern right in front of her, in which she ridiculed Obama for using a teleprompter and then thought that nobody would photograph and point out that, Hey, she's got notes written on her hand!
