Awwww.. poor McCain is a victim... he was fooled and misled...

Well, if after all those years in Senate you're still being fooled and misled by the Dems, then you never learned a thing and should be kicked out of office. And if (as we believe) you were not misled, and are just claiming this in order to gather a few more votes, then you are not worth voting for.

Start writing your memoire Snarky.

McCain was pushed into the nomination by the same people who pushed Bill Clinton and Obama into the nominations. Everyone should have guessed McCain’s politics when after the little old lady in Colorado(I think) said BHO was a muslem and McCain immediately grabbed the mic and said something like “ no,no he is a good man and would make a good POTUSA. Bill and Hillary know who butters their bread.

Reminds me of George Romney stating he was "brainwashed" by generals about Vietnam. That marked the end of his political career, and this pathetic whine should terminate McCain's mis-spent political career as well.

Last thing we need is a gullible sucker in the Senate, too many there already.

Rush wonders how many decades it takes for a senator to wise up.

STFU McCain. Half the country knew the bailout was a disaster in the making the minute it was proposed. If you were misled, you are an ignoramus.

Doesn’t that tell you all you need to know about his judgement? All those years in congress and yet he’s so easily fooled?

Even more telling: all those years as Chairman of the Commerce Committee...and he still doesn't know squat about how business operates. Or, by his own admission, economics.

The man is simply a politician, no more. His "job", as he perceives it, is getting re-elected. It has nothing to do with the country -- or conservatism -- only with himself.

McCain defines the professional politician that we no longer need (or want) in Congress.

McCain is an imbecile on economics. Sure the banksters can bamboozle such an arrogant old fool.

Yet, he served as the Chairman of the Commerce Committee...for how long?

Twelve years, as I recall.

Well Johnny that settles it then. You are not a Socialist, just an idiot.

Nope he knew just trying to play political ignorance close to election time. He's still a Socialist Idiot.

Hardly a distinguished tenure. He seems to have been a figurehead. If McCain is so knowledgeable about US commerce he should not have been for cap and trade and should have been calling for more oil and energy exploration

Apparently, he's made a career out of being "misled"...

The Senate Commerce Committee has 23 members! It’s easy to snooze at the meetings and not be noticed

I suspect that McCain is hugely over-rated as a Senator.

The source of McCain's influence seems to trace solely to when he put on his bi-partisan hat and went along with the Democrats.

Has he ever sponsored and won legislation which was actually conservative, in any way? Has he ever been involved in any initiatives which were partisan.

McCain is a "successful" Senator only because the Democrats (and the media) have made him so.

It's time for him to go.

Me thinks McPain is hugely overrated period. He's a son of privilege who graduated near the bottom of his class at the Naval Academy ... then went on to flight school, not an option for those who graduate at the bottom of their class. Typically they end up on a Navy vessel as a deck officer on a minesweeper, or an LST (landing ship tank)which is an amphibious warfare vessel ... not very sexy to Navy types unless you're a Marine.
Bottom line he crashed several Navy aircraft in training before the north Vietnamese shot him down ... the rest is history which McCain (after divorcing his wife who stood by him during his captive years) parlayed into a senator-ship, after marrying the daughter of a very wealthy owner of a Arizona beer distributorship.

I live here in AZ and I already sent in $50.00 to JD Hayworth’s campaign. I tried calling McCain’s office back over a year ago, and you know what, I barely got on the line with someone, they shut me off then HUNG UP on me! Is THAT listening, John???

Time to clean house, clean senate and then clean out the white house in 2012!! Conservatives need to stand up tall and Christians need to practice what they believe!
