Imagine, no cameras being stuck in front of his face; no determined journalists hounding him for explanations; no questions as to what he might/shoud do about his 'Nobel' as he steps out of his car; or even whether he may have needed a 'generator' this winter to keep family warm. (Or, just asking how many generators he may have. . .)
Meantime, some in Congress would like to speak to him; or say they would. But don't know about Gore's availability. . .
Al Gore makes Ken Lay look like a boy scout.

I have been waiting literally for a few DECADES for all this junk science to definitively be exposed for the profoundly cynical, criminal and damaging hoax it always has been. Almost as bad as the profiteering that has come to people like Gore, and the countless millions channeled into programs set up to bolster the larger claims, is the fact that the REAL, and far more modest concerns of ecology are now tainted with the deepening stigma earned by the Millenarian Apocalyptic Mr. Gore, and all the rest of them.
It would be a wonderful thing to explore the possibilites of a class action suit against him and “all Algore’s children”, the ones like Jones and Mann, and East Anglia who jumped on the gravy train. A class action suit of course handled by a Country Lawyer, not some enormous firm that splits 900 million, while 100 million of us get a dollar each.
Al Gore’s unusual absence and total communications black-out during this season of the ClimateGate scandal is a damning indictment and a tacit admission of guilt, in my opinion.
If there were anything to his much vaunted theory of man-made global warming/climate change, he and his cohorts would be holding daily press conferences, denouncing the “climate-change deniers”, like they’ve done for years, now.
That he has suddenly gone underground, and hasn’t made a single statement since ClimateGate broke, isn’t just weird - it’s evidence that he’s holed up trying to build his defense. His entire scam is falling apart, and he will not survive it.

Al Gore? Wasn’t he one of those disproved scientists? There seem to be so many these days? I thought that he was past history..or at least ignored for his unscientific beliefs.

I'll tell you how he sleeps. He is a man without a conscience. I'll never fotget Tucker Carlson on FNC one afternoon stating emphatically that the best kept secret in DC, is that algore is of inferior intelligence. algore is barely literate. Tucker went onto say that people like algore with low IQ's often become zealots for a cause, because it's easier for them to concentrate on a single issue. Tah-dah. Enter algore into global warming. He was the perfect dupe to promote the grand scheme. But algore couldn't even get global warming facts straight. Recall he went on one of the late night shows and declared the center of the earth was a million degrees hot or some outrageous number? LOL.
algore deserves to be sured for every cent he scammed and he deserves to be imprisoned too, just like Maddoff.

Well it does not just “border” on it - it is outright criminal corruption.

With all the climate deniers spreading lies about the climate crisis in the media, it’s vital we arm ourselves with the facts. Thankfully, Repower America put together a great fact sheet explaining the relationship between the climate crisis and extreme weather:

Record snowstorms need two things: temperatures below freezing, and very high humidity. On a planet warmer by a few degrees on average, the Northeast US will still have plenty of days below freezing; the big difference will be warmer seas producing higher levels of moisture in the air — and therefore more severe cold-season storms.”

Scientists tell us that climate change has already led to more extreme weather in the United States and we can expect stronger hurricanes, more wildfires, heatwaves and droughts, to name a few.”

It makes sense, though.
