As a soldier, part of the same bureaucracy as the Marines, this man is really got some balls. I applaud him on this! But, even at his level - a General Officer, to go against his big bosses (Admiral Mullens, who is a naval officer and - sadly - over all military members as the Joint Chief of Staff, and the Commander-in-Chief, President Obama), is very risky.
