I suppose if women were attracted to someone who was more in touch with their feminine side, they’d be chasing women. I’ve dated some models who needed this disparity put into perspective. And some who didn’t. Of course, this was earlier. Nowadays, I don’t care.
Well said and true. Actually, our oligarchs have been pushing the SNAG (sensitive New Age guy) illusion for far longer than ten years. Anyway, that’s why so many very young women from various backgrounds are often flirting with certain older, working class men now. They like men. Be good, teach them a little wisdom from time to time, and don’t steal anything from their future husbands.
And BTW, I’m already hooked up.

The point is, all of them were good actors, reading outstanding lines. Real guys and real women don't get screen writers to converse. They don't get background music to enhance the moment. They all have body flaws that aren't camouflaged by the best photographers in history through a gauze lens. They're real, warts and all people.
For me, to look at a hottie has never under any stretch of the imagination been the arbiter of last resort. The proof is in real life. Would you love him or her if they just let a beer fart? Would you kiss them before they brushed their teeth in the morning? Would you actually have or let them have you child? Would you go through life with them as a partner? If you answer yes to all those questions — great. Now I have one more. Would you forgive them for cheating on you, hurting you more deeply than you thought imaginable, or in spite of it, throw yourself in front of a bus to save them? If the answer is yes, then you can honestly say you are the perfect woman or man and you've found the perfect woman or man for you.
For everyone who is so hung up on metro, homo, hetero, I say it's whatever floats your boat and whoever you'd bail the water to save for all your life that is the real hottie. But as my father used to say, "just because you're on a diet, doesn't mean you can't look at the menu." As my mother used to sweetly reply, "You're right, Sweetheart, and I think she's just about Kathy's (i.e. me) age." They were as in love the day he died as the day they married, still held hands in the grocery store and my friends thought it was cute that they used to dance to their music and smooch on the couch. I'd take that over all the "stars" in the heavens. I'll bet they would, too.
Oh, and one more thing...big thumbs up on those Navy Seals. Hubba, hubba. Sigh.

I agree with you on that. I don’t see why guys here who oogle over physically attractive liberal women would give you grief for comments about a liberal guy’s appearance.
For the record, I don’t find liberal women all that attractive :-)
