Radical Muslims, in their unguarded moments, are unrepentant about what they believe to be their religious duty: the replacement of secular, tolerant and liberal democracy in Britain by a rigid theocracy, in which the country is governed by Islamic law...But it would be wrong to dismiss the extremists as insignificant...at least one such group has infiltrated parts of the Labour Party, and has taken over important aspects of the running of the London borough of Tower Hamlets.
If the Islamic Forum of Europe (IFE) was open about its aims, voters would be able to make up their own minds about whether they wanted its members in any form of government...But some members of the IFE demonstrate in private that they have an agenda that they are not willing to share...They have demonstrated that they are unwilling to abide by the procedures which are essential if elections are to be free and fair...Jim Fitzpatrick, MP for Tower Hamlets, believes that the party has been infiltrated by radical Muslims...The IFE denies any such campaign. But its denials would be more credible if, in public, the IFE was not presented as simply a "social welfare organisation" while in private, it shows itself to be committed to replacing democracy by a theocracy based on Islamic law.
...Tony Blair ended up with no illusions about the degree to which extremist Islamic organisations could be expected to be committed to the values of secular democracy. But since Mr Brown came to power, both the Government's policies and its ministers have changed with bewildering speed. The one constant has been the provision of millions of pounds to organisations such as the IFE, in the hope that this will help prevent violent extremism. There has never been any good evidence this is effective...

Which might these be?
When they are talking among themselves, believing no non-Muslims are listening, is what I took it to mean.
It is for this reason that immigration is a key problem for both the UK and the USA. It has been revealed in the UK that the Labor Party intended to alter the ethnic makeup of the nation, mostly to increase their parties share of the electorate. In doing so they made a pact with the Devil, one that is already coming back to haunt them.
Advocates of continuing massive immigration to the USA, both legal (almost 1 million a year, supported by many conservaitves as well as liberals) and illegal (mostly supported by liberals and racial-solidarity groups like LaRaza) need to think long and hard about what kind of a society they wish to leave to their descendents.
If America becomes 30, 40 or 50 percent Mexican and South American immigrant (and their descendents) it is unlikely that the laws, traditions and culture will remain as we see them. Mexican-Americans are not advocating sharia law, true, but they are not exactly supporting a government of limited powers, either. They are, for the most part, Socialists and open to the entitlement culture that the Democrats and other so-called "progressives" are selling.
There is an old saying: "demographics are destiny". La Raza types are quite pleased to crow over their impending colonization of the USA via demographics. (The MSM loves carrying these stories.)
To date the indigenous European-American majority has not woken up and rallied around our ethnic interests. Such organizing is typicall forbidden to white Ameicans by elite agreement. While all other groups are able to organize ethnic or race specific lobbing, white European-Ameicans attempts to so are typicall met with cries of "racism" from both the MSM and a variety of Leftist gatekeepers, such as the SPLC.
Americans need to watch carefully what is happening in the UK, Holland, Belgium, Sweden and other European nations where the influx of unassimilated foreigners is even higher (as a percentage) than here. We are fortunate to have several petri-dish experiments to monitor.
Preliminary results are not encouraging, and should lead thoughtful conservatives to view with deep suspicion the continuing support of massive non-European immigration that the elites (of both parties) consider a non-issue.
Specifically it is unlikely that the Tea Party movement will make much progress on their main goals (which I share) of returning the US to our Constitutional roots if they refures to deal with the immigration catastrophe.
Demographics really is destiny.
INDEED.
Islam and a secular government can’t coexist. Its alien to their way of thinking and the preaching of their “prophet”.

ping for Islamic expansionism/threat ping list
Interesting article, ping.
They lie like their religion instructs them to, and the West falls for it over and over. Doesn’t say much for us.
bump
Muslim Brotherhood which is funded by Saudi Arabia. They build all the mosques in the west often for muslims not even in the area yet. Tens of billions at their disposal. CAIR is part of them. Hussein has moles and close ties to MB. I would guess Saudi Arabia funds a lot of enviro groups as well as many think tanks in DC plus law firms in DC and London.
Thanks for the ping. I’ve had long-term pissing match with a friend in the UK about the Islam invasion there. He tells me that I’m over-reacting.
I tell him that he’s dead. He just hasn’t been informed yet.
The writer tries to pretend that the “majority of moderate Muslims” reject extremism while at the same time warning that the extremism shouldn’t be ignored. Maybe he’s just talking about violent acts, in which case no matter how small the group, warnings must be voiced. But it doesn’t sound like violence is the subject of this piece, but rather political power. So where’s the political power if most Muslims are “moderates”.
The answer is, most Muslims are not “moderate” and given the chance will vote Sharia in, along with the votes of idiot fellow-traveler moronic leftists looking for a way to bash the West.
Muslim Imans have commented on this idea of a moderate muslim...they are saying “there is not such thing..you’re either muslim or not there in no moderate muslim.”
On 9/11/01 I thought there were moderate Muslims. Because of the events of that day I started paying attention. Within six months I realized that this was yet another issue where the press consistently lies. As I read more I realized the full truth: There are no moderate Muslims.
There are former Muslims who have drifted away, perhaps, though they would never admit that publicly and would mostly come scurrying back in times of great stress. But there is no one on Earth who is a) a true Muslim and b) a moderate.
It’s simply not possible.
Yes...there are no Moderate muslims. I do think they are masters at deception though and why so many want to believe all muslims couldn’t possibly really believe their Koran..but you can bet if we stood between two muslims..one wanting to take our life..the other a supposedly “moderate” muslim...does any one really believe the moderate is going to stop that?
The way I see it is they never stopped with the Crusades...just waiting til they were stronger. I read years ago their plan was to infiltrate countries and become part of until the time they will rise against the countries they are in...we see that happening now world wise as they flex their muscles. Every country they have become strong in numbers in they create chaos and unrest as well as wars. That will not change...ever. Their Koran won’t allow..neither will other muslims who will surely kill them if they do...or at least try.
I am not so sure the US is up to this war in our own country. Our laws protect them and they learn and are taught our laws in order to move their agendas.
I heard an illeterate Mexican saying on a show that you can go to US and they will take care of you. We take care of all but our own.
Will read in a bit, thanks for da ping!
I am not so sure the US is up to this war in our own country. Our laws protect them and they learn and are taught our laws in order to move their agendas. What you say has been true for decades and it remains true today... but the times they are a-changin'.
