Prosecutors say 79-year-old Donald Evans robbed the independent Bank on West Columbia in Battle Creek, Mi. in February. The evidence against Evans includes a to-do list that specifies 'robbing a bank.'
Det. Sgt. Todd Madsen of the Battle Creek Police Department, "I think that the way things are right now, financially, and hard times and stuff, you're going to see an increase in robberies, especially the banks.
The 79-year-old Donald Evans, however, was quoted saying he needed the money for "women, gambling, and alcohol."

(Seriously. The only way Obama can possibly pull this out is to declare Martial Law before November.)

At least he’s honest on what he wants to use the money for.

The old guy is brilliant.
Now he will end up in the hands of the government which has to feed him clothe him keep him in a warm cell, and provide health care for him.
FREE.
No nursing home bills for this guy’s family to pay. He can leave his property intact to whomsoever he wishes. The government cannot charge him for his stay nor his medications.
