Florida: Romney 52, Huckabee 21, Palin 18 (Barf)
Hot Air ^ | March 11, 2010 | Allahpundit

We’ve done a million posts about this three-way match-up but I don’t think we’ve done one yet about a key swing state. Not what I would have predicted. Florida’s the first really important stop on the GOP calendar that we’ve looked at, and Romney’s lead there is overwhelming. He gets 52% to 21% for Huckabee and 18% for Palin. It’s closer, but still a double digit advantage, in Colorado. There Romney gets 44% to 25% for Palin and 17% for Huckabee.

Actually I think it’s just generating more interest in her—especially among the undecideds who want to give her a second look. Everytime a rumor spreads, Palin gains a couple of thousand followers on Facebook/Twitter. :)

Totally agree. If Romney is running against Barry, and someone forces me to the polls at gunpoint, I’d vote for Barry rather than Romney. Or any other RINO, for that matter, but especially Romney.

If I’m going to be stabbed in the back, let it be by a ‘Rat, rather than someone who claims to be a Republican.

No RINOs, no Romney!

I think Romney could of beaten zero in ‘08...

However I know for a fact that Romney wouldn't stand a chance in ‘12. In order to win in ‘12 we HAVE to have a candidate that was, is, and always has been against government involvement in healthcare.

Romneycare completely disqualifies Romney in my opinion. And nominating someone like him would practically guarantee a zero victory.

An Allahpundit article with a Push Poll.
Typical of this person.
He can have Mitt at 99% and I would laugh even more.

I have a new name to describe your problem Diogenesis. I'm going to call it RDS. It's just like many had BDS (Bush Derangement Syndrom), you have Romney Derangement Syndrome. Anything less than saying Romney is the devil incarnate, activates this RDS in you causing you to go into a mad spaming mode with posting that are set and ready to go. You sent me the same stuff yesterday. You've got serious issues. Lighten up on focus on 2010.

I'm not going to worry about 2012 for all this year. I'm going to put all my energy in November 2010. I will work for candidates who can defeat the Liberal anywhere possible. I'm going to work for Steve Poizner in CA where I live. I'm going to work for Peter Schiff in Connecticut. I will work for anyone of the candidates who win in Republican Primaries in Nevada and oppose Harry Reid.

As I've posted before. It's not the time to worry about 2012. Now is the time to focus on 2010 and winning back the House and possibly the Senate.

“Put down the LSM Kool-Aid and pick up a copy of “Going Rogue”. You’ll see things a lot more clearly, if you do those two things.”

I agree with you to the extent that we’re appearing to see her in such a fabulous light when we consider the dope that’s in the White House now. I’d just like to have her get more foreign policy experience. But, compared to the jackass in residence, yeah, she’d be super.

No. I am exposing the attacks of Team Romney on Gov. Palin by posting URLs.

That is PDS in Team Romney.

And this on the same day that the known Palin-basher John Ziegler had the audacity to say Palin should run in 2012 because she’d lose.

The McCain/Palin ticket was up ++8 to 10 pts. in some polls, days prior to the election.

I see you are back to lying again. Since I know you've been beaten over the head with the facts to no avail, I simply will tell people to go look at the RCP history of polls for the election, to see how false this statement is.

In the ENTIRE ELECTION CYCLE, there was only ONE single Poll that had McCain/Palin up by more than 5 points, a USA Today/Gallup poll RIGHT AFTER THE CONVENTION, a full 58 days before the election, that showed a 10 point lead.

NO RCP-listed poll EVER showed a lead of 8 points, and other than the ONE SINGLE Gallop poll, NO poll showed them up by more than 5 points. And there was only ONE poll that ever showed them up by 5 points, and that was also days after the convention, and again 2 months before the election.

Only 9 polls after McCain chose Palin ever had a lead, and the last lead they had was an outlier on the 25th of september, DOZENS of days before the election.

Only an idiot, or a person with reckless disregard for the truth, would say something so patently false and easily debunked as "McCain/Palin was up 8-10points in some polls days prior to the election".

Of course, your contention that Romney attacked Palin or her kids is also entirely baseless, but your bizarre beliefs about polling is just so much easier to debunk.

But it's important to occasionally remind our fellow freepers how devoid of sense your postings are. For the few that haven't figured it out yet.

I've also listened to Palin's entire discussion of the election, and not once does she support your specious theory. I trust her much more than I would ever believe what you are peddling.

She also explains who on "our side" was attacking her, and why -- you should read her book, you might not come across as such an ignorant peddler of misstatements.

We agree on one thing. Gov. Palin had a great book.

Now, Team Romney attacked Gov. Palin DURING ELECTION 2008.

Now why don't you try to NOT change the subject again.

"Frum ... a critic of Palin (called) her nomination a "huge mistake" October 13 (2008)"

Frum: "I have a lot of regard for Mitt Romney as a man and politician… I will support him without qualm."

"Romney presidential campaign staffers…have been involved in spreading anti-Palin spin to reporters."

" 80 percent of Romney's former staff was absorbed by McCain
and these individuals were responsible for what amounts
to a premeditated, last-minute sabotage of Palin."

"These staffers are now out trying to finish her off
….hoping it would ingratiate themselves with Mitt Romney."

"the Palin Leaker from the McCain Campaign?
... was Nicolle Wallace's husband."

"Peeking Out From the McCain Wreckage: Mitt Romney"

"Someone's got to say it: IS MITT ROMNEY RESPONSIBLE FOR OBAMA'S VICTORY?"

"Vanity: Team Romney Sabotaged Palin and Continuing to Do So?"

"Romney Supporters Trashing Palin"

"Romney advisors sniping at Palin?"

.

"Romney in Seven Words"
"On Wednesday, after his loss in the New Hampshire primary, Gov. Mitt Romney returned to Boston
to lick his wounds and conduct a telephone fundraiser before heading off to his next must win state of Michigan.
ABC Radio microphones were there and they featured an audio quote from Romney in their top of the hour news broadcasts.
Romney was encouraging his phone bank volunteers with a little pep talk when he unintentionally summed up his entire campaign;
ironically hitting upon the reason why he has failed to gain any traction with conservatives despite spending the most money of any Republican.
ABC News Radio was contacted by telephone and confirmed the following quote from their report.
" Hit the phones today make all the promises you have to, and…
make sure that we get the funds that we need to keep on propelling this campaign forward with power and energy.
Make all the promises you have to.

That’s Romney in a nutshell.
Of all the Republicans running, he alone has sought to clarify, cover,
and indeed change past positions in an attempt to curry favor with conservatives.
In the process, Romney has developed a reputation not as a principled conservative,
but as a politician who will say almost anything and take almost any position to win votes. "
