I just got an e-mail from a friend informing me that the Judiciary Committee hearing for the "Vexatious Requestor" Bill will be tomorrow. Any public input needs to be now.
After the first post I will post the actual e-mail I received, since it has links for people to find information on the bill and to submit testimony. I will also post the link to the testimony that I just sent.
what is this all about?
Here is the link to the testimony I submitted:

Here is the e-mail I received:
As you may or may not know, HI Senator Espero introduced legislation to ban what an agency deems as a “vexatious” requestor from making requests for 2 years. As reported in the P&E, Dr. Fukino basically perjured herself before the Senate Judical and Government Operations Committee. No opposition testimony was offered and the bill overwhelming passed the Committee and the Senate. The bill is now being ramrodded through the House and is scheduled to be discussed during tomorrow’s House Judical Committee tomorrow at 2:15PM HI time. It will undoubtedly pass the Committee and the House and signed into law ASAP.
While we cannot likely affect the outcome, we can be heard. The Committee is required to read or hear public testimony which becomes part of the public record of the legislation.
The HI Legislature is trying to ramrod this through without hearing dissenting testimony. The hearing schedule did not appear on the internet until today. We have approximately 4 hours to protest this unconstitutional bill.
Public testimony can be submitted via email so long as it is no longer than 5 pages at JUDtestimony@Capitol.hawaii.gov
via fax at 1-800-535-3859
or via the web if less than 4MB at http://www.capitol.hawaii.gov/emailtestimony/
SEND SOMETHING to least show how the DoH has lied, obfuscated and misdirected the public and its misrepresentation of the issue. This may be the only way to get a public record of the DoH’s transgresssions.

Hawaii wants to be able to blacklist for 2 years people who ask too many questions. The links I provided in the 3rd? post will give more background.
I was going to ask the same question...What is this all about?
I guess the people in hawaii haven’t read the constitution. No wonder odumbo knows nothing about it
What impact will our emails etc have in Hawaii though?
Afterwards, can I just lay on Waikiki Beach `n look at the lookers?
Big ol PINGgggggg
This would be the time your e-mails could have the biggest effect of all. This is the one time what we say HAS to be heard and inserted into the record. They’ve chosen to mess with this entire nation and they need to hear from the entire nation with no wiggle room to say the communications got “lost”. In my e-mail I said that their attempts to silence the people requesting an investigation rather than check into serious claims is causing people to question the integrity of Hawaii’s government. If they get a large response to that effect it will show them we’re not just whistling Dixie.
This is definitely the time when making your voices heard could have the largest impact. And we’re going to need a HUGE impact, if anybody in law enforcement is going to take any of this seriously.
It’s 4th and 1 and we need to get over the goal line. Nobody has to give their name to submit testimony but they need to give an e-mail addy so HI knows it’s not spam. Anybody who’s been following this and wants to have an impact, this is the time.
Thanks. They’re saying testimony must be received 24 hours before the hearing so we have to BOOGIE if we’re to get anything in. If the meeting starts at 2pm Hawaii time, I think that gives us about 1 hour to get it in. 7pm Central time.
Jerks.
Ping. This is an urgent request!
It is 1:26PM in Honolulu, right now.

Urgent request from butterdezillion.
This notice only appeared today. They gave less than 24 hours notice for anybody wanting to testify. I wonder how late Fukino’s testimony was for the previous hearing.
They play by the same rules as their master - or as the master who owns both them and Obama.
I’ll just shut up and let you guys get on this. One last thing though. The effective date on the bill is January 1, 2050 but Fukino has already said she’s got 4-6 people who could be labeled; at some point that effective date will be amended to 2010. Fukino wouldn’t be keeping score if the game wasn’t already in play.
One last thing. Friday is the last day the DOH has to answer a very critical request I made to them. They’re not rushing this through only to get an effective date of 2050.
I forgot. It’s SB2937
Tell them that we can mount a campaign to have people boycott their vacation travel to Hawaii, and don’t buy any products from Hawaii, that should send them a message....
Effective date 2050?
