Chilli grenade:
Hot new weapon
The Sun (UK) ^

THIS is the latest HOT new weapon a grenade made using the world's hottest chilli. At more than 1,000 times stronger than the average cooking spice the bhut jolokia chilli is set to cause a potent explosion on more than just the taste buds.
Military experts in India have developed the new crowd control grenade packed with ground seeds from the chilli which is officially recognised as the hottest on the planet by Guinness World Records.
When deployed the grenade showers the targets with a dust so spicy that in trials subjects were blinded for hours and left with breathing problems

Now I'm getting ideas for a hot wing sauce that's illegal under the Geneva Convention...There are rules?

I use serranos, habaneros and thai bird chiles in my "green curry" with chicken. Simmer them until the pepper flesh just "mushes" in your mouth and the oil floats in small globules on the surface of the coconut milk. A couple table spoons of green chile paste stirred into a can of coconut milk forms a good starting base. Toss in some frozen peas/carrots, sliced white onions, julienne cut bamboo shoots, Thai basil, lemon grass, key lime leaf and chunks of white chicken breast. It goes great over brown rice. Sliced chunks of Japanese eggplant are a nice addition too. I cook the chicken in a separate pan before adding it too the curry sauce to simmer.

Thanks. Wonder where one can get them? I'd like to try them. I was a little disappointed in the taste of the Habanero.

I can ask my son where he got them. It was an internet order. My fresh habaneros are like biting into a fresh peach. Very fruity and tasty. The wicked heat follows. I'm not certain if the store bought habanero has the same fruity flavor.

I was a little disappointed. Habaneros are pretty and hot, but I did not find them tasty. Some one said these peppers now under discussion cost $5.00/ounce!!!!!! WOW!

There are rules? Only if you get caught.

Just because people revive from death, or experience near death from my coffee, doesn’t mean it is a crime.
It may be weaponized coffee, but it has yet to be recognized by the Hague as such.
So I’m in the clear, woo-hoo!

I often order lamb vindaloo at the local Nepalese and Indian restaurant. Last week I tried out the lamb korma. The sauce is coconut based with fruit, nuts and spices. It was excellent. My wife ordered saag paneer. The cheese was excellent. I had a very nice chicken curry in Carmarthen, Wales in April 1999. The shop owner cranked up the heat nicely. There are a couple nice places in Aberystwyth too. Light of Asia and the Indian restaurant by the pier. For less spicy fare, the lamb at Gannett's was very good.
I hope your weekend culinary experiments turn out well.

Sounds like my “mild” chilli.
Don’t even ask about delayed stress.

When I worked at PacBell, there was a 2nd level manager in my group who grew up in Peru. He made VERY strong coffee. Stronger than "cowboy coffee". What's that? Coffee that has been on the range all day. Nearly coffin varnish.

Sounds like a good place... I like Korma...Saag is ok but I’m not a big fan of spinich.....I would have to say Vindaloo or Chicken tikka masala would be my two favorites....

$5/oz is expensive. It might turn out to be a lifetime supply. A ticket for a bad movie costs more. 1 oz is actually a significant amount given the potency.
