There is no repealing it. That's right ... but it's not forever. Eventually the US goes bankrupt and the Chinese-controlled IMF imposes an austerity plan that threatens social cohesion.
The House is a done deal - it’s Republican in 10 months. That means we need 60 Senate Republicans plus a new President to repeal. But we won’t really need 60. Just a majority of Senate Republicans - which we’ll have in 2012 after 2 more elections, plus a few more conservative Senate Democrats; and there will be a few of those, come 2012.
