The race card works only because we let it. Solution? DON’T LET IT!

When they pull out the race card turn it back on them for God’s sake. THEY are the ones who are trying to enslave an entire country, THEY are the ones who have removed personal freedoms to decide what’s best for your own body! That’s real racism so hit them with it. Call them out for the Marxist bastards they are! Use the M word. Then call them out for murdering the unborn and expecting tax money to pay for it. Call them out on that! Yell “Baby Killer” and DON’T apologize for it! Put THEM on the defensive!!

Imagine the outcry if conservatives had forced through a bill that required liberals to send their tax dollars to missions and churches. But that’s exactly what THEY’VE done to conservatives who have moral objections to abortion. So... CALL THEM OUT ON IT! Don’t let them have the last word people, put them on defense, turn it back on them.

Yeh, I don’t have too much faith in the courts though. We have seen so many instances where one side of Justices clearly take the side of the Constitution while the others legislate from the bench. Not only were rulings too close for comfort in cases like Keller vs D.C. (handgun ban), Ricci v. DeStefano (New Haven firefighters reverse racism) and Citizens United vs FEC, but I think Anthony Kennedy has already shown that he will take the side of the commerce clause by his ruling in Raich vs Gonzales.

The only reason the liberal justices voted against States rights in California Medical Marijuana laws is so that they could reinforce a loose definition of the commerce clause and secure a strong Federal government.

Below is Clarence Thomas’dissent, if the liberals with Kennedy’s help could argue that marijuana use effected State trade, so will they argue that uninsured people crossing State lines and ending up in emergency rooms is warrant for the Federal Government to act.

Clarence Thomas:

“Respondent’s local cultivation and consumption of marijuana is not “Commerce ... among the several States.”
Certainly no evidence from the founding suggests that “commerce” included the mere possession of a good or some personal activity that did not involve trade or exchange for value. In the early days of the Republic, it would have been unthinkable that Congress could prohibit the local cultivation, possession, and consumption of marijuana.”

“If the Federal Government can regulate growing a half-dozen cannabis plants for personal consumption (not because it is interstate commerce, but because it is inextricably bound up with interstate commerce), then Congress’ Article I powers — as expanded by the Necessary and Proper Clause — have no meaningful limits. Whether Congress aims at the possession of drugs, guns, or any number of other items, it may continue to “appropria[te] state police powers under the guise of regulating commerce.”

If the majority is to be taken seriously, the Federal Government may now regulate quilting bees, clothes drives, and potluck suppers throughout the 50 States. This makes a mockery of Madison’s assurance to the people of New York that the “powers delegated” to the Federal Government are “few and defined”, while those of the States are “numerous and indefinite.”

what race is being discriminated against the guy has a white mother and a black father. so he is 50% white and 50% black. I dislike the president’s political tricks, and ploys. stop with thye race issue. this is making the issue something other than it really is. So if anyone disagrees that person is racist. Now I am racist too.

Bring it on, ugly and all the warts. Let’s continue to expose the left. The ‘I’m not political’ segment are now normal Americans and they know the dems are ugly. The libs all out there, exposed and naked and everyone sees who they are. Their Sunday show at the congress really opened up those ‘undecided’ eyes. The blatant rape of the US was there for everyone to witness. My mom, she’s 77, she asked me, what channel can she get Mark Levin.

So, is Del. Jennifer L. McClellan, D-Richmond unwaware of the fact that racist Virginia Democrats opposed desegregation decades ago, or is she just stupid?*

Jennifer, it's your own party that bears responsibility for that shameful racist history. Your own party's venerable senior Senator is a former KKK leader. So, why don't you examine your own party's tolerance for racism before you make wild and unfounded accusations about Republicans...

* Of course it's quite possible that she is both ignorant and stupid...

It would really lose power if the people with the megaphones-our Republican leadership-would just stop apologising every time the left even looks like its going to play the race card, before the words even leave their mouths.

The race card works only because we let it.

Exactly. When your opponent pulls out the race card, declare the game over and leave the table.

Having long lived in Virginia, does this really come as a surprise? Race card has long been thrown around and utilized here. People just say “Meh” and ignore the dumb race card throwing bastards.

I’m white,i’m a slave. The government has enslaved me with their endless legislation designed to force me to live my life the way they want me to. Is that not the definition of slavery?

Yes it is. They take the profit of the sweat of your brow and then give it to some lazy shit who refuses to work.

Much like a fat plantation owner, but they live in apartments with flat screen TV’s, airconditioning, heat, new clothing .... and you my friend get to pay for it.

Now they want to get between you and your doctor because they are pissed off that you have a better doctor, and the medicade you have been providing these lazy shits isn’t enough.

“We were all born racist ... it’s not our fault!”

If it was up to Bart Stupak - we would have been murdered at birth so a local aiport in N MI could get some luggage carts and a few runway lights.
