AZ-Sen. 2010: 'Joe The Plumber' To Appear At Tax Rally (as Palin rallies McCain's RINO hordes)
KPHO-TV 5 CBS Phoenix, Ariz. ^ | 2010-03-24

PHOENIX -- The day that former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin is set to campaign with Sen. John McCain in Tucson, another figure from the 2008 presidential election will make an appearance on the lawn of Arizona's capitol building.

Samuel Wurzelbacher, more commonly known as "Joe the Plumber," is scheduled to make an appearance at Friday's "Ax the Tax" rally against Proposition 100, which institutes a temporary sales tax increase across Arizona to fill the budget shortfall.

Wurzelbacher rose to fame after he questioned then-presidential-candidate Barack Obama about tax increases at a campaign rally. Both Obama and McCain referred to Wurzelbacher as "Joe the Plumber" during the presidential debates, thus giving him the nickname.

As Wurzelbacher talks taxes at the rally, Palin and McCain will be holding a picnic in Tucson on Friday before heading to Mesa for a rally Saturday.

Governor Palin has a long list of people she has formally supported, including Jim DeMint, Michele Bachman, Rand Paul, Pat Toomey, Doug Hoffman, and John Thune.

Palin hasn’t done anything to herself, you are the one that is on an anti-Palin crusade for your own reasons, listing her recent Presidential election partner support, for his reelection as the reason, shows real shallowness and an eagerness to, frankly, to do what, I don’t know.

You go on with such a sustained, constant, passion about that endorsement that I really don’t know what you are after, but I do know what the result will be if you succeed in knocking off Palin, the entire conservative movement will suffer massive, irreplaceable, loss, and Mitt Romney (a man that you often praise) will have a clear road to the 2012 nomination.

I didn’t call you a romneybot, I said that you have effectively merged into his campaign to stop Palin.

That addition to the title that you do and the growing emphasis of your threads away from the Arizona race between McCain and Hayworth into a campaign against Governor Palin puts you as the biggest force on freerepublic to clear the path for Mitt Romney.

There are three front runners for 2012, the only two giants in it are Palin and Mitt Romney, you are at war to stop Palin, that leaves the vast political machine of Romney, the vast wealth and fund raising of Romney, the vast name recognition of Mitt Romney, and the vast establishement support from the GOP and the democrats for Mitt Romney, mostly unopposed.

Wonder what the explanation will be for SarahPAC contributing to Lindsey Graham?

McCain support is understandable.....supporting Grahamnesty is treachery.....

Getting McCain reelected is deadly. Never forget that. Goody feelings are not worth the price of McCain backstabbing. It does no good to win elections when we have people like McCain walking across the aisle and guaranteeing losses like we have suffered on 06 and 08.

Time to get tough

Her appearances at two McCain rallies, one dinner, and a photo op are facts. Pointing out facts is not "deranged" except to groupies and bots who don't want to face reality.

My understanding is that months after the 2008 elections that Palin paid back donation money to Graham that had helped her reach her minimum (3 or 5) donation limit of certain minimums to have her new PAC formally recognized by the FCC.

Graham does not come up for election again until many years from now, after the 2010 elections and a couple of years after the 2012 Presidential elections, in fact in the distant future called 2014, she was not helping him to win any campaign, if that is what you were thinking of.

Sarah is going to appear in Searchlight Nevada on Saturday the 27th of March. Searchlight is the home of Harry Reid, and it will be interesting to see how it works out. Why don't you bring lots of Water, a folding Chair and of course a hat and suntan cream, and see Sarah up close and personal.

I'm not stressing over it, I just don't like it a bit. I find it VERY hard to listen to her talk on TV about supporting the conservatives in the primary and defeating the RINOs (pretty close to her exact words) when she is supporting and raising money for McCain against JD.

Like I said, I'm hanging on by my fingernails and just trying to get past this weekend.

I think that he was referring to you trying to bring down the only real, national, conservative politician, and challenger to the Mitt Romney juggernaut because of an endorsement in an Arizona race.

Over time your obsession has emerged as an anti-Palin obsession.

McCain is a LOSER, an epic FAIL, and is poison to the Conservative cause.
For Sarah to support him now, when she could have gained enormous political capital with conservatives by ostracizing him is outright feckless.

The rest of your post is inchoate nonsense, sir.

If you think tht Palin has any chance at all of stopping Mitt then you are outright deluded.
It is this type of whistling past the graveyard that bought us the epic defeats of 08. - Have you learned nothing?

I don’t like Mitt and Sarah has as much chance of winning in 2012 as my cat does.
The dems hope beyond belief that she is nominated...

For 17 months the polls have shown Governor Palin and Mitt Romney fighting back and forth for the top slot, with Huckabee moving around in that battle, so you are wrong.

On the Democrat’s choice? well, we have never seen a politician so under attack as the left and media have kept Governor Palin, ever, we have never seen the left so determined to get someone out of the running as they are with Palin, I would have to say that the left looks forward to meeting Mitt Romney in 2012.

Gov Plain has done this all by herself.

I do not know why you are so twisted about Sarah Palin's support of Sen. McCain. It is called loyalty and as such, Sarah Palin is making sure that the favor is returned, paid back and some.
FYI, Sarah Palin is basking in the lime light, BECAUSE of Sen. McCain's national exposure of her as the VP contender on his ticket.

Paying up the bills and moving on and a whole lot more, is why Ms.Palin is winning supporters. You got one right here!

Do not be surprised in the outcome of the 2012 elections (unless we really going to get extinct courtesy of the Mayan Calenders and Nostradamus Predictions.)

P.S. Nice try...

More like nice try on your part. I liek her - knew about herr during Clinton era from the NRA mags. No I don’t like Mitt but McCain has to go. He is a horrible cancer on the GOP and America. She could be a lot less helpful but she obviously likes someone who calls conservatives - “racists.”

RINO fever around McCain.
