Do they not see the polls that clearly show the Democratic Party being all but destroyed in the upcoming mid-term elections? Of course they do, and they couldnt care less. The reason for this bizarre reaction to such dire warnings is that the fringe-left elite know exactly how they are going to place a lock on all future national elections and in light of that knowledge they are celebrating early.
Their big secret weapon?
Today they have the polite filibuster, so there’s considerably less pressure on the minority party. They just vote for a filibuster and that’s that, the bill is tabled and the Senate goes on to other things.
South Carolina, a Republican state that has seen an increase of illegals at a rate of 48% over the past year. Add their off spring to that rate and it takes no time at all to take over...
I can tell you why the person who asked the question must have done so. I was annoyed by the post not revealing enough what the article was about. I think it is basic courtesy to post a decent excerpt that reveals the nature of the article instead of a teaser in the form of a question in the hope that people will click on the link to find out the answer.
One more line of excerpt giving the answer would have been helpful. At that point, those interested in digging deeper would have clicked on the link.
I agree, that is a problem with this post.
Let FR admins make it a rule then.
But there is no reason to sling the “Blog pimp” crap around, like we’re a bunch of anti-Internet, anti-capitalist, old fogies.
Texas is not a Dem state. Neither are most of the great plains states, all have significant populations of illegals. Plus there are a lot of illegals in states that are "swing" states, like Florida, which would be driven into the 'rat column.
But it's the swing states where it would matter.
That’s about the most shameless example of blog pimping that I’ve seen on FR in some time.
Seriously, a teaser question? C’mon, bud.
The congressional Dems have shown that they will do whatever it takes to wrangle a signature piece of legislation through. They just barely walked a tightrope of illegality with Obamacare. They'll do the same thing with Amnesty.
You know I’ll be in D.C. on the 15th!!!
If u really want to expose the Dems and make ‘em squirm, a Republican should propose a bill for Amnesty with no voting privileges for the recipients.
their big secret weapon....
George Soros
Amen, and pass the ammunition to that!
I thank God every day that my wife and I made the wise choice to relocate here from California four years ago.
which is why i said in principle.
Oh my, yes. Permanent resident so long as no serious crime, but no voting unless they first leave the USA for 5 straight years.
The argument in your second sentence above does not fly because it could be used against your third sentence above.
Friend, I don't care how many times you throw that idea against the wall - it'll never stick.
Least of which, is the fact that once you make someone a legal citizen, the full force of the Constitution comes into play vis a vis their basic rights, which include the right to vote.
Gotta love a man who's wiley enough to put an escape hatch in his argument! LOL
“They” who? Republicrats, all incumbents - should go.
I agree with this sentiment :
“Can one not see the return of the Republicans to the discussion is no more than their attempt to grab what little power and money not already jingling in the pockets of the Democrats? The call sweeping the Nation now is The Vote in 2010 is going to wipe out the corruption in Washington, by replacing the Democrats with Republicans. Do you really believe that?”

Otherwise we are all doomed to “play the game”.
“The argument in your second sentence above does not fly because it could be used against your third sentence above.”
Care to clarify?
Damn right you will.
