Napalatano is right on the money with one exception. SCOTUS has the “Right of Review”. This case might not take anywhere near as long as he says it will. If It has to go through the court system, it will take that long. If it goes that route. If the Court uses it’s right of review (talk about digging up the family skeleton, this has not been done in a long time, and we the people can demand that SCOTUS stand up for us and start doing it again.). If it does, it would happen much as it did in 2000 during the Florida recounts.... Very fast.

Thanks justiceseeker93.
President Barack Obama is one of the worst presidents ever in terms of respecting constitutional limitations on government, and the states suing the federal government over healthcare reform "have a pretty strong case" and are likely to prevail, according to author and judicial analyst Andrew P. Napolitano... says the president's healthcare reforms amount to "commandeering" the state legislatures for federal purposes, which the Supreme Court has forbidden as unconstitutional.
