I would investigate this “neighbor” a little more thoroughly. Go to the clerk and retrieve the probable cause affidavit. Actually see what the guy did before over reacting.
Laws were put in place about 5 years ago due to a moral panic(Brucia and Lundsford in Fl).
It was a total over reaction on the govts part. You have a right to know, but you have an obligation to find out who this character is.
I think the local news is the right angle. They like controversy and it is a good human interest story. The bureaucrats will still answer their questions, usually.
I know, I’d hate it if the violent rapists had something tattooed on their forehead. Then I’d know not to open the door to receive a “package” from them or step closer to them to offer directions. I might avoid a nice rape opportunity.

NO this guy is a level 3 which means in this state that they have to be supervised and he was convicted of rape.

I can see how the democrats could abuse that one in the regard to political prisoners.

People will be very surprised how many child molester live near them..I live in the country and there are two within a mile of my house and 20 in the area..
Do your homework and get the legal facts then it’s time to call a neighborhood meeting. A group will get the attention of officials where one lone voice might not. Make sure you know the law and tell them you expect them to enforce it.
Ok Thank-you when I call the Prosecuting attorney’s offince in the morning I’ll be sure to read the law to him hopefully by then I will also have the Ohio revised code # to go along with it.
Might be ridiculous but, how many people do you think, might think twice before doing such a thing. And you’d sure know who not to hang with or let your kids hang around.
Have them SPECIFY which law.
