Organizing for America, the permanent Obama presidential campaign, is offering a free certificate to the “over one million supporters of reform that submitted their name [sic] as ‘co-signers’ of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act.” OFA says it is doing so to thank those who showed “the broad support that exists across the country for the health reform bill” that Obama signed into law. “It’s free — even the shipping — and it’s personalized with your name,” says OFA. Please allow 6 – 8 weeks for delivery.
The certificate says: “Together, we reduced the cost of care. We established the toughest patient protections in history. And we achieved the dream of generations — high-quality, affordable health care is no longer the privilege of a few, but the right of all.” When you read the “privilege of a few” part, remember that about 85 percent of Americans have health care coverage, and the overwhelming majority of them are happy with it. In what way is that the “privilege of a few”?
In fine print, I’m sure the commomemoritive plates are somehow paid for by tax dollars.

The UK did not explode when they established the HHS department. It took decades for the damage to become apparent... and now it’s probably too late for them to save themselves.
Obamacare is not like a heart attack. It is a malignant cancer that starts almost silently, mutating cells one by one until it spreads throughout the entire body... once you realize the damage it has done... death (to our economy, our health and our freedom) is imminent.

There will never be a reduction in the cost of healthcare it is a misstatement.
The “reduction” in cost is actually just a shift in cost from one person to someone else.
Maintaining the level of health care we have currently will never be at a lower cost, it is just a matter of who is going to pay for it.
Health insurance is a way to manage that potential risk(financially) and is not something that guarantees your health. All the money in the world may not keep some people healthy or alive.
They are playing word games so people with a high school education(what used to be a 6th grade education) can think they are getting something from the endless cash stash of the United States Government.
I bet about 40% of Americans don’t understand the concept that the government money comes from the people.

When a person is in the bottom 50% who pays no federal income taxes, or even in the bottom 90% who only pay a small portion of federal income taxes...they have no idea where the government gets their money.
And as you pointed out, why would they? They haven’t been educated enough to balance a checkbook.
They are the same people who think it would be cool if the gov’t printed enough money to give everyone a million dollars. The same people who don’t understand how raising taxes on the rich and cap&tax and card check and ammnesty will kill more of their jobs. They are, in a word, clueless.

OFA got stimulus dollars and is run by the DNC.....I don’t know of a similar organization for conservatives that receives our tax dollars! AND I don’t hear any complaints about it either. Strange!! That’s why I’ve said for 2 weeks, they will use our money to defeat us at the polls.
