I'm very dissapointed in this decision. Last week, I had called on AG Six to join the lawsuit, which you can see via this link. Our neighbors of Colorado, Nebraska, and Missouri have all joined -- it is too bad Six has elected to sit on the sidelines.

We need people at all levels of government who understand the Constitution and will seek to uphold it every step of the way. That's one reason why I'm running for Congress here in Kansas.

He’s a Democrat. Did you really expect him to do anything different?

Not exactly shocking, nor breaking news.

This was known for awhile.

The Soros initiative to place operatives in as many state constitutional offices as possible, seems to be paying off.

Stall, delay, nullify, obfuscate, or simply ignore the will of the people.

Yeah, that’s a winning strategy, all right.

Until the mob shows up with pitchforks and torches.

Remember in November.

You should only use that sort of term if you’re going to use it correctly and can justify the usage. All the democrats are doing is a little bit of socialism, nationalizing a few industries like automobiles, banking, and health care, and . . . never mind, you got it right, didn’t you?

I would expect nothing less from an AG that lets the Westboro Baptist Church (Phelps/Roper legal extortion racket) to exist.

Appointed by Kathleen Sebelius when RINO turned dimocRAT Paul Morrison was forced to resign due to attempts to influence legal case against late term abortionist, Geo. Tiller and case against Planned Parenthood, and obstruct justice, not to mention dallying with former employee of Jo.Co.Da's Ofc. and use her to spy on former AG and recently elected Jo.Co.DA, Phill Kline.

Six was a weak lawyer and as Sebelius, Morrison, and many other KS elected officials, bought and paid for by Tiller and Planned Parenthood!

Sounds like our situation in GA. Our governor said he is going to go around the AG and sue privately (he had several lawyer associations offer free services to do so)

In addition, there is talk of the GA legislature impeaching the AG! I sure hope so, he was really smug and arrogant about his decision.

If there are enough folks contacting the KS gov maybe he will do the same (?)
