The attorney general's office did not immediately respond to requests for comment from The Associated Press. Why would they? Free speech is suddenly illegal?

you do realize the context?
the conspirators wanted to kill the lawyers so no body would know the law and nobody could defend the law.
(like the USSR had a constitution but no lawyers)

you do realize the context?context, schmontext. we don't need no stinkin' context. You gonna let a little thing like context ruin a good cliche?

A California lawmaker Law maker huh?
So how come he doesn't know the law then?
Would be interesting to have a look at his phone records..especially the calls between him and Rahm Emmanuel. Sounds like the "Alaskan bloggers" all over again to me.

This guy Yee is desperately trying to seek attention for his run for Mayor of San Francisco.

"Calif. lawmaker: Silence on Palin visit unlawful" And that great source of education and information, the American universities, continues to make, and keep people ignorant. They must keep the masses ignorant, because their agenda can only survive in the dark.
To: longtermmemmory
The beauty of the American constitution is you dont need to be a lawyer to understand it.

A nameless California "lawmaker?"
What law was broken? Are those Calif idiots creating the new law as we speak?
If I were that stupid, I would remain anonymous too.

I think if Sen. Yee is requesting the State-funded UNiversity to disclose documents relating to Palins visit, then since said Senator is also paid with tax dollars, I’d like to see someone FOIA any and all emails/documents that pertain to HIS correspondence with any and all persons with regard to his request. Turnabout is fair play.
